Hotel Westfalia

Room and breakfast where as one can expect from any hotel, the room was clean&fresh, and breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely perfect and I'll happily return here again.

The communication through booking wasn't great. After booking I received a few very long standard messages and when I responded in the booking app I didn't get a response. The long messages could be much shorter and to the point.

The staff are very friendly and considerate

Arriving in the evening by car could have you waiting a while at the back door when there is only one staff member on duty currently busy with other patrons

Old style toilet, but it worked well.Private parking at the back costs extra, not too expencive though. The lock the gates for the parking at 24:00 and open them at 05:30. So that's the only time they are really secure. There are cameras there though.

Breakfast was nice, with gluten-free alternatives and lots of coffee. The rooms are convenient, and the beds are comfortable. Secure parking at the back of the hotel. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and service-minded. It is our third or fourth stay, and we will be back!

There is no air-con which is normally not a problem, but it gets rather hot in warm weather. It is quite possible that they offer a fan in such cases, but as we usually travel with our own fan, we haven't asked for one.

It would have been nice if there was more clear direction how to access the parking area as the entrance is not directly next to the hotel. Fortunately we stayed on a day that was not too hot but it seems that there is no air conditioning.

A really great staf, I really felt welcomed there :-)

I should know that the hotel is at quite bussy street so there was quite noise in the evening and first half of the night, but it got quieter later - so no ear plugs were needed :-D

It's very clean and well presented. Comfortable and warm. I particularly like the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, spacious room, modern. Quiet area yet close to the city center.Breakfast is taken in a bakery, but at fair price and very good, with very friendly staff.

This is solely related to the fact that I was traveling by bike. If this is your case, I would recommend another place. I was not allowed to put my bike in my bedroom, I was told to leave it in the underground parking in which there is no accessible bike shed and nothing to attach the bike to with a lock.

All as advertised - a convenient and quiet place for us.

Parking was very convenient, right at the back door but it would have been nice to have had instructions on how to park before arrival.

Staff were very helpful,the room was ok, but was like trying to sleep in a sauna, outside temp was 16 deg, but the room was unbelievably hot. Breakfast was very good and once again the staff were friendly.

Place is good. Near the center of the city, free parking.

Light of the internet router. I didn't like that hotel asked my card number and CVV number. I felt all days not safe and I scared that they can to do something. It wasn't safe to share this information with somebody.
