Great location for my situation close to the main train station and city center while it's still enough silent in the room and safe at the street.

It was very cold in the room.

Location is great, right in front of the railwat station. There are tea facilities in the room.The hotel is very quiet.

The hotel itself is very good, but when I made the reservation weeks before my arrival I explicitely asked for a room with station view. At my arrival however they gave me a room on the backside with a terrible view. This was not very client friendly.

Clean, comfortable, super helpful and friendly staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere with amazing Christmas decorations and lots of thoughtful little details in the room - the team here clearly put an enormous amount of effort into making this place lovely for their guests - Thank you!

The hotel has a cool theme; however, the room did not have air conditioning, the blankets provided were insufficient for the winter season, and the TV did not support casting or streaming services.

The hotel is situated right in front of the railway station. From my room I had a nice view to that station. Staff is friendly and breakfast is excellent. Though the 'Bahnhofsplatz' is very busy, you hardly hear anything from that place when the window is closed.

Thre are coffee and tea facilities, but there is no fridqge.I asked for a room with a view (that I got) and written in German. Later on I received an answer in English! I wrote back that I normally speak and write German in Germanyaf fortunly I received an answer with much 'Sorry" (Verzeihung!).; they always send mails in English outside Germany (Austria? Switzerland? Luxemburg...?). By the way: Booking comments I write in English, but my German is better...

Great location for the train traveller being only a few minutes walk from the station. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and the restaurant below was a surprising delight - great food, service, & atmosphere.

Good location, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Had everything we needed. The Alpine theme was something different!

Very warm in the room, although they did give us a fan.

The hotel felt like a cozy grandma cottage, the breakfast and dinner were greatThere was even a teddy bear so my kid could play with it, it brought a lot of fun and happiness to my kid

The size of the room was small and too hot

They lied about parking. I the app is specified that they have car park, and when I got there they said they don't have.The lift don't work. I needed to carry my 25kg luggage on the stairs.The staff barely speak English.No air conditioner, I was melting in the room.Extremely expensive breakfast.

The room was very good, the bed comfortable and the people who works in the hotel were nice and helpful BUT...

...BUT not a good place for cyclists because we had to pay to store our bikes in the garage. 2 euro a day for each bike!!! We are longtime cyclists and this was the very first time that we had to pay for leaving our bikes in a hotel garage. Cyclists, don't go there!!!

Location. Just a few meters from the train station. Staff: Man at the desk was very attentive to my stay. I arrived just after normal hours but before 2300 closure, I called the number, and he already had me on camera and opened the door for me to enter. I had a very long travel day - missed connections - so was not really looking to go out to unwind so he got me a beer to have in the breakfast area. He also helped with my understanding the train I would need to take in the morning. 110% effort that is missing in a lot of places today. Decor: Quirky and cool. You need to visit to really appreciate all the little things they have in the lobby, the breakfast area, and even in the room.

Nothing important!But the one way mirrored glass shower wall was a bit strange... a mirror from the bedroom towards the shower but from the shower you can see into the room... it's dark but you can see... I was travelling alone so not an issue...

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Located in front of the Bremen Haputbahnhof, it is easy to locate and easy access from the tram stops. It had a good selection for a typical continental breakfast. The host for a delightful person and she made usre everything was okay.

The staffs are very friendly and the location is great. It is in the city center and with a possibility for parking, what is very handy

The rooms were extremely warm, even with the heating off. The pillows were very bad. But the rest of our stay was really nice!
