Spa was great. Park location was nice

Bed was a bit soft for my liking but everyone will have different tastes on this I suppose

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was really good, with an abundant selection and very attentive staff. I loved the way the hotel sits in the front of a large natural park with walking trails, ponds, and lots of trees.

The only complaint that I had was the artwork on the second floor. Its style does not fit with the elegant motel and was completely out of place.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with great SPA facilities and an excellent breakfast included. The location is perfect with trams outside the park to the station and centre. The room with a view looking at the parc was spacious, luxurious, quite and comfortable. I could charge my expectric car before the entrance. Best hotel I ever stayed in.

Nice location in a park, but a bit walking distance to the center. There is public c transport close by though.

We stayed over Christmas and a few days before. The hotel was unable to make dinner reservations for us on December 24 in either one of the restaurants at any time (we were flexible). We asked on December 22 at check in, but the evening staff wasn’t able to make reservations nor have information about availability. They offered to call to make reservations in a different restaurant and call us back, but did not call us back. Odd thing on December 23 for a 5 star hotel at breakfast: about 30-40 people (some older) were waiting in line be to be seated for breakfast. The gentleman at the breakfast room seemed overwhelmed and unable to pivot to open additional rooms or serve coffee to guests waiting. Again, not what you expected for 5 stars. They fixed it for breakfast in December 24 and opened additional rooms. The spa closed earlier on December 24, but no information about this the previous day although I specifically asked.

Outstanding location and excellent breakfast

All good. Would expect an iron in the room and a conditioner in the bathroom.

Staff in the restaurant were slow. Decided against dining here for this reason.

The Location is perfect and the sourroundings are beautiful, breakfast was also good.

Check-in was at 3pm, but the room was not ready until 17pm, so we had to wait for two hours and once we got the room it was not very well cleaned and there even were a forgotten pair of glasses and a hair brush from the previous guest.And the pictures did not match at all - we booked a junior suite and on the picyures there were a balcony and sofa group. This was not in our room - we asked about it and they said that all junior suites are different...Lastly the restaurant forgot part of our orders each times we went there and the kitchen also forgot our order for dinner - so we waited 1 hour for a 1 course meal, and the table we were seated at had not been wiped down from the previous guests. The staff had just placed clean cutlery on a dirty table - this was corrected when we told them and they said it was a bit embarrising for them.

Staff tried to enter my room with a non-disturb sign on my door. Also poor options for dinner/lunch.

Nice location, friendly staff and possibility to charge electric car. The atmosphere and quality in the bar and restaurant is very nice, albeit it overpriced.

The hotel needs some renovation. Most of the facilities, including the spa, feel seriously outdated.Paying 15 EUR per night for parking outside the hotel is exaggerated...

I have to say this was a pretty disappointing stay.I had emailed the hotel before our stay asking if we could check in an hour earlier since I had picked up my brother who had recently had a stroke and we would get there an hour early. I also mentioned it was my birthday during my stay. It was very disappointing that this 5 star hotel could not be bothered to even reply to my message. So on the day of our stay, which was an incredibly rainy and wet day, we just had to hang around not knowing if he could check in or not. I then mentioned my email at check-in. The guy was incredibly rude and unprofessional and just barked at me that “ it had been very busy” before checking us into the furthest away most basic room.The room was missing any basic amenities like bathrobe for the spa and slippers, which according to the spa lady should’ve been there.The spa itself is very basic and small, definitely not worth coming there for that, definitely not worth the money.

Beautiful settings (by a huge park), great facilities and luxurious hotel.

The hotel had a nice wellness area with a sauna and pool, a good breakfast with dairy-free options, and comfortable bed. Good slippers.

Parking was limited and cost €15 per night, there were no gluten-free options, and the room lacked air conditioning. Only one robe and pair of slippers were provided upon arrival. The hotel also didn’t feel as luxurious as expected. The nearby park didn’t feel safe to walk through in the evening, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke in several areas. Be aware that the sauna area follows a no-swimsuit (nude) policy, which might not suit everyone.

Everything is well kept. Very beautiful. Especially the location and the surrounding park.

I was very disappointed about the fact, that I told reception about a vibrating noise in the night and was told „oh yes others have had this problem, seems to have been the airconditioning“ and got a small pot of jam as compensation. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well due to the noise because it occurred every couple of minutes - I would have expected a better compensation for this considering the price per night. Maybe the property could reconsider and reimburse me some of the amount or something similar.

room & wellness. Wellness (in particular the swimming pool) was available early in the morning which was particularly useful, I was able to use it every day before meetings.

a bit cumbersome to get to the room : up one floor long hallway in L down two floors and you arrive in room 422Service at the restaurant coupolle was not attentive. we asked for abetter knife for the mear and the person in charge brougjt just one and told us :”maybe the rest are only in the kitchen”too long waiting to clean the table and left the menu for desserts and only come back after more than 5 minutes so we skip dessertlack of coirtesy well documented in the written answer to the request for booking diner : “done”

Very nice place to stay. Nice surrounding, park, great gym and SPA center, swimming pool. Staff polite and responsive. Very easy to reach city center... Great dinner experience and breakfast very tasty.

Parking could be free of charge. Rooms a bit smaller than expected.
