Wonderful staff who met every request.

Cleanliness

Room was clean and access to main parts of Bremen was not an issue on foot.

I was woken up to one of the staff members unlocking the door and coming into my room without consent. They were not room service so I do not know what their purpose was. It was genuinely a frightening experience. When staying here I recommend keeping the do not disturb card out and locking the door to avoid this from happening.

This was the second Motel One that I stayed in and it is such great value and really clean. The breakfast was a buffet style and it was plentiful and a lot of variety.

The shower floors are really slippery when wet - had the same thing in the other Motel one too. They need to put anti-slip pads in for the customers.

The price was decent. The lobby area is nice and the staff were friendly during check-in. The location is decently close to the tourist areas.

The wifi was basically nonexistent. No fault of the hotel, but the train is right outside the hotel and could be clearly heard from our room. One of our towels was stained, and one of our blankets was still damp.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful and the hotel was clean.

Maybe a few more details in the toiletries like separate soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Location is great, around the corner from the river and not too far from the centre, also on the main bus routes. On the negative side there aren't many room facilities - no tea, coffee, kettle or fridge in the room. The doors are very stiff and strong, you need to be fit to open the room doors and as soon as you take your key card out of the holder, the lights go off, so you need to be quick. There is a clothes rack and shelving but no wardrobes.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room! This might seem a little thing but I’ve not really ever come across this and very much enjoy a morning coffee. They had reusable coffee cups in the room but no coffee or kettle…

Two separate covers for the bed...as a couple it was not the best for us

It was overall very good

Too bad there were no umbrellas open so we could have a smoke on the terrace. And it was raining.

Good location. Nice design.

The toilet had a lot of urine drays in the front lower part. Clearly the housekeeper is not cleaning the toilet properly. Even worse no one from management seems to check. I told the front desk but no apology. I would have also expected a follow up from management.

Location: very good public transport connections and close to the city centre, restaurants, etc. Modern building.

The breakfast lounge has an uncomfortable seating arrangement, with most of the tables and chairs being quite low. It can also get very crowded occasionally I.e., end of year 2024

check-in was a bit cumbersome (we had two separate consecutive reservations - 1 night + 2 more nights - and the young lady did not know how to handle this).letting people enter the hotel's own car park although it is full, is annoying, it would also be appreciated if one could reserve a parking spacethe bar was a bit overcrowded (and there was not enough personnel), I should recommend to reserve the bar to hotel guests only at times when the hotel is fully booked (Motel One in Aachen does this)

Location in the city is good. The lobby is inviting, and the hallways are quiet. The staff is friendly and competent.

The beds are generally too soft and the pillows are too high. The drain in the shower is located directly where one stands, which means one stands on uneven surfaces all around and/or partially on the drain cover, which is slippery.

The location of the hotel is nice and the price is helpful. Despite of the Iocation, it's quite circumstances. I regret that I didn't take the breakfast because of my early check-out, sorry.

I felt the drainage of Shower water was slow for my feeling but it's not sure for other guests'.

Very conveniently located close to main tourist attractions. Nice hotel with nicely furnished, well equipped and super clean room. Very useful internal bicycles rental facility. The furniture in the lobby is charming

The tramways passing in the street below are a bit noisy.
