    Pros +

    • the bed was amazing. THe view spectacular. The room very quiet.
    • Very nice location and staff was very friendly ! Hotel and room were beautiful.Breakfast was amazing ! That is one of the thing I am looking for the most and it was so great !
    • Good location, easy access, clean

    Cons -

    • Only creamer for the coffee. The foyer was strangely decorated and a bit unwelcoming. The breakfast very over priced. No tub
    • Restaurant opening hours only respected when occupation is at a certain level which is understandable but should be communicated better
    • - you have to put out a sign if you want your room cleaned, this policy does not suit a 4 star hotel - many signs posted on what to do and not to do- empty mini bar in rooms, you are asked to pick up snacks and drinks at front desk- currently a system interface is somehow broken and you cannot charge food or drinks to your room, this will hopefully be fixed soon - one side of the hotel has a railway track next to it leading to a railway bridge

Excellent location to reach by car and convenient parking right next to the hotel. Lovely walk downtown by the river just outside of the hotel

We think the hotel has nice price/quality ratio. Fast service. We asked for quiet room and our request was fulfilled — no extraneous noise reached our river view top floor room. Breakfast variety was very good and there is useful reminder about restaurant occupation in the morning hours in the elevators. Spacious bathroom. We also liked top floor sauna with river view.

Pillows were somewhat difficult to rest on — too dense.

In the check in they said that its a very five star hotel and they need to have 200 eur deposit. When I went to my room I saw that there was a another door in the middle of room. I try to open it it open- and there was another person's room and he was sleeping! Thats a huuge incident! I called them and let them know, they said that they will lock it and they did but If I did not find out personally that door I may have a huge incident while I was sleeping as a 30 year old single woman staying there?!!

Beautiful large windows with great view in the room, friendly stuff, parking nearby. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice and person cooking omelettes live.

The pillow was very flat and could be improved. There vere some (blood?) stains on the bath robe and towel. The spa is just a sauna.

Great location. Lovely 10 minute promenade walk into city. Tram stop by hotel. Large room with waterfront view. Lovely dinner in restaurant. Parking next to hotel in secured parking lot.

Lighting in room was a little dark.

very friendly staff; comfortable rooms and beds; great location

drinks on the bar menu were too expensive

It is a modern hotel with a comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast buffet. There are two nice saunas on the 6th floor with a view of the River Weser. It is quiet and you can take a nice walk along the River banks.

Unfortunately, the steam bath was not working during our stay and the repair job is complicated. One day the room maid threw away our empty bottles (with return) and a travelling bottle as well which were placed on the table. The tram no. 3 to downtown was unfortunately out of service on 2 days which caused confusion for us.

    Very clean, very welcoming

The restaurant "background" music choice with very high bpm, impossible for reading or relaxing. The acoustic of the restaurant soes not allow private conversation.

The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The facilities were excellent, with the spa being a particular highlight. The location was perfect, especially for traveling with a pet—plenty of greenery nearby while still offering great connections to the city center.

I found the €30 pet fee a bit pricey, but since I was informed in advance, it wasn’t an issue - especially considering the overall stay offered great value for money. Parking fee also on the pricer side, but many free parking spots in close vacinity.

excellent breakfast, with a wide choice of bread, pastries, fresh omlet made on demand.large choice of coffee, tea, milk the room is very large, big windows, quiet, especially taking in account that it's close to a railwayparking facility just beneathgood gym and spa!

    nothing, all good

    Breakfast was disappointing

    9BoslandPosted on: 10-21-2024

Inside the room it was really quiet despite of the bridge with trains passing. The spa en gym where very nice to.

I’ve had beds that where more comfortable.

    8TomoyukiPosted on: 10-15-2024

The room was very clean. There is a private parking lot near the hotel, which is very convenient. We enjoyed drinking at the bar on the ground floor while watching the sunset.

    8LisaPosted on: 10-5-2024

The location was great, right along the Weser promenade. The room was nice, but there was nothing "deluxe" about it. It was your average hotel room and considering the price and Steigenberger name, I would have expected a bit more.

Breakfast for an additional 26€ per person is pretty over the top. Prices are of course higher end. None the less, a nice hotel, with a bit of a walk into town. Not much around the hotel as far as restaurants, etc.. goes.
