easy to find, nice staff and clean place with rather large rooms, convenient and good offer for drinks etc

Cons -

Steep stairs, not good with a suitcase. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room too.

no air conditioning and very sticky air if over 20C especially in the rooms on the 2. floor. bed not so comfy but that’s a matter of taste.

Free parking, nice neighbourhood.

I heard someone snoring next room. Bad noise isolation. Steps were clearly heard when someone came. Parking lot was questionable not sure if I parked legally. Not hotel-like feeling, more like lived in someones house.
