The room was great, I just had one problem, in the middle of the night it was too warm, I tried to open the window but I couldn't.

The rooms where very good quality for the money paid. Nice tv with Netflix from the hotel. Options to make coffee or tea some candy. Very good quality of stay

Entrance of the building should be better explained. It's at the back of the building. And the check in is a machine so you can check in 24/7 but i walked past it. So i looked around for a while how to check in

This was an overnight stop on our bicycle route. Had everything we needed and was clean and lots of room. Food and shopping nearby. Kind of liked the automatic machine for registering and getting room key.

Didn't seem to be much to see or do nearby, but that was ok as we were only there for the night.

One small note—our room was a bit warmer than expected. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, I thought it might be helpful to bring it to your attention.

Rooms were clean.

They had some party below the room and the music was loud until early morning hours. Felt tired due to no sleep.

The idea of self-checking in is great

However, cleaning only in 3 days is quite too long for traveling people. In our case we did have a lot trash in room and we had to find bags for them. First 3 days the personal did take out the trash, but never did after that- so we left a lot of garbage there when checked out. Also one night someone was trying to enter everyone’s room by checking their(his/her) key? And the party sound is too loud even with earbuds…

Clean and practical. I got exactly what I was expecting

No contact with people. I guess it’s always nice to see a friendly face while checking in and out .

Nice clean room, comfy bed.

I realise it only a minor inconvenience but I had to hunt down staff to get toilet roll, I was there for 12 days and assumed that the rolls would be replaced automatically. First place I've stayed where that's happened.

Location.

No reception, no staff, no facilities for food, not the cleanest.

For our trip the hotel was very well located. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and clean.

The room is on the smaller side, not ideal when traveling with big suitcases. Also there was no lift.

Nice, well maintained rooms. A good choice if you are visiting that part of Bremen. Check-in procedure is automated, but is fairly easy to use.

Pick up of the keys at night with the Machine and translation not working is not ideal when you do not speak German!

there is a restaurant below which was having a loud party luckily we had room to opposite side so were fine

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. There was everything we need for rest.

Rooms were not cleaned properly and beds were never made or turned down. dirty cups and bins not cleaned. despite making contact nothing changed and we will not be staying again!

Noise early in the morning from room service, lack of ways to indicate that guests are still sleeping or in the room so that room service doesn't knock or try to enter the room. There was a party in the building one of the nights and it was very noisy also in the room

Hotel room was very modern and clean! Super cute

Lovely hotel but beware of check in. It’s a disaster. Online with some weird machine. Had to call a number to get in finally.
