B&B Hotel Bremen-City

Hotel was good. I used the B&B chain in France and Germany and I will use them again.

Just a bit far from center.

Great location

Rude staff. Unclean room. Unfortunately room faced road and was extremely load with people shouting when smoking from the hotel.

Location, ok breakfast.

Stayed 2 nightsWe missed one towel.They did not make the bedsWe did not have soap in the shower.

The room was quite comfortable although the bed was pretty small.

The cleaning wasn't thorough. The cleaner only replaced the used towels.

Car park was convenient, and the beds were comfortable.

We were a bit disappointed that there was no kettle, but the reception staff kindly provided lots of hot water for us when we wanted a hot drink.

The service and the value of the stay. 10-15 min. to walk to the city center. Good parking in their parking garage.

For 3 adults, the double bed and bunk beds were a fantastic option for a hotel room. Friendly staff who thankfully spoke good English.

It was great for the price.

Tv did not work, only one pillow and after asking reception were told they only have one spare pillow for the entire hotel!

Hairs in the bed

There were hairs all over the bed, on top and under the duvet. Reception said they couldn't change them as Housekeeping weren't there, but they left us some sheets to change ourselves when we got home (which was after midnight). Unfortunately they gave us 3 single sheets for a double bed! And one duvet cover when the bed had 2 single duvets.

The gentleman at Reception was very helpful. I loved the big windows and spent some time in the night watching a big thunderstorm. Railway Station isn't too far.

The staff are professional and helpful. The room is quiet and clean. Good locations, if you arrived by train it's 10 minutes walk, or you can take bus route 25. The route 25 also links the hotel to the city so it is convenient to visit the city.

Have to wait outside the building if you have not checked in online.

The location and the possibility to leave the luggage at the reception both before the check in and after the check out.The staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Very cold room, no heating available. Cold bathroom, ventilator, full on pushing in cold air. Not possible to take a shower.

It's the usual B&B Hotel. No frills, but good enough for an overnight stay. 10 min walk from the train station, some decent pubs nearby, but the nearest bakery is, unfortunately, at the train station only.
