Pros +
- Great value, location, and friendly staff.
- Staff is beyond exceptional. These guys are perfect. The cleaning young lady deserves a promotion.
- Modern clean and spacious. Great location easy links to tram to and from airport. Staff friendly and attentive.
Cons -
- Carpets are worn out.
- Everything was great, only improvement would have been to have a few English channels on TV.
- The vending machine downstairs was out if water and could not get any more. I had to walk outside the hotel and find some. With that in mind, just buy extra water from the local stires.

The room/apartment was great! I was surprised with the size. The main bed was super big and the couch was good too. The room was super clean, bathroom fully prepared.

Quiet room
Whilst the location is central, the hinterland at night is scary. Tiny rooms. Lots of drunk and threatening people on the street. Parking for a large car is a short walk away and NOT easy to find. Staff were not particularly helpful when I found out there were no towels in my room. Offered an apology but nothing else.
Hotel was fine, location brilliant, staff were excellent.Rooms weren’t cleaned in the 3 days we stayed, which meant when we needed extra toiletries, toilet paper etc, we had to go looking for them at reception. Had never experienced that in a hotel before
Location is on Hauptbahnof, Breakfast is good
Due to location on main station parking the big issue, have to wait for approx 30-45 mins to figure out where toPark & then have to park in parking garrange coat € 13/.

The hotel is opposite the main rail station and bus and tram stops. Very convenient for public transport and the city. The room was clean and staff helpful and friendly.
Nothing to dislike
Very clean. The interior of the room is splendid. No dirt at any corner. A bottle of water provided - nice!Bathroom very clean.
Slight dust on top of the radiator but it’s not disturbing. The bathroom is overall very clean.

I had an excellent room...a Suite.....the Hotel is directly opposite the Main Train Station......all the Staff were very helpful...from the Check In....to the staff in the Breakfast / Dining Room area staff.....no complaints at all.....
No complaints at all....the Hotel exceeded my expectations...
Our room was spotless, and the staff was kind and helpful. The location was ideal—within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being given a larger room, which made our stay even more comfortable with the dog. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient experience.
