Location was great, facilites were very nice amd it was very clean

There were guests (sport club) children, they were very loud until late at night… made our sleep one night very difficult..

My reference place when I go to Bremen. My 8th / 9th time there in 3 years. Clean, comfy, well-located

Good location with great access to public transportation to the city center. Good selection of foods at the breakfast buffet. Rather quiet and comfortable bar to relax at in the evening

- my 6th or 7th time here. When I'm in Bremen this is the place where I stay- modern structure, with an awesome hall full of hobbies to spend some relaxing times- breakfast always good- comfy beds & shower

My first day to the hotel at 7pm the lady (staff) she was not a good staff she was yelling in us and she gave us the key our room and she gave an other person too, while we in the room somebody opened our room, have to go in lobby to tell them and the man who was at lobby he fixed that time the lady was left. It's not a professionally .

The staff this lady treated us was not good, it's was 7h 30pm at Germany time

Location, Staff, Value for money, breakfast was good.

The bathroom was too small, The shower was tiny, even for a thin individual.Breakfast was good (many options) but on the pricy side (23€ for breakfast is too high)

Great place for family stay! Perfect place for us with kids aged 10-15, pool table and darts were a winner! Comfortable rooms, everything you need.

Good location for us, walked and parked car at friends as carpark expensive therefore it is not central. Simple rooms, comfortable, all the hotel you need. Real! books in lounge.

Some staff indifferent, probably bad pay….or bad day, staff at checkout very nice.

Most unfriendly accommodation we've ever stayed in (and we have travelled all over the world – and stayed anywhere from nature campsites to shabby hostels to 5 star hotels). Staff dislikes interaction with customers and makes this very clear. Bored lady at bar simply points at self-service check-in tablet multiple times: "there is the tablet", "THERE!" and gets annoyed when you need help with it. Addressed us with informal "du" from her bar stool, which she reluctantly slid off to assist us when the check-in malfunctioned. Her only priority was that we pay €15 extra for parking and €20 for our dog. No eye contact whenever we passed "reception" (is it a bar? is it reception? is there no reception?), only awkward silence every time. Just that bored-looking lady glued to her bar stool or chair, gossipping with her friend or talking on the phone. We felt too uncomfortable to approach staff to ask for a coffee in the morning. No coffee or tea making facility in the room either. So we poured some warm tap water on the green tea we brought instead.A print inside the elevator says "we think hospitality should and can be better" and something like "we are crooks and cowboys".. well, at least they are good at self-reflection. We won't come back because we never felt less welcome anywhere in the world. PS: I usually only write positive reviews but this experience made us so sad that I feel I have to honestly report it here.

Fancy hotel for adequate money

Water was provided from tap. No fridge, no complimentary coffee or tea in the room.

Free and safe parking just outside of hotel territory. Hotel concept is also fancy. 6th floor has nice view over neighbourhood

Dryer in the bathroom did not work. 1st floor has no view due to ground level roof. Latter could be better arranged

Reception speaks English very well, polite and supporting - same experience as last time. All clean nice, well furbished, modern looking. I liked this hotel 1.5 years back and decided to stay again. Expectations met and I will come back here again. Bar open 24x7. Food not much available after 11pm - but Pizza was kindly offered :)

The staff were really helpful with the above problem. They sorted an upgrade out.

We received a message saying the room was cancled. We were only staying for one day and had to rush back to the hotel to sort the issue out. Earlier in the day, we advised that we wouldn't be getting back till later in the evening. I asked for a manager to get in touch regarding the problem and have yet to hear back.

The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. I'm glad it had a hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Breakfast was excellent and a great price.

The self check-in process after a long and tiring journey was a bit stressful (ipad). Very little help from the woman at the bar (there is no reception). Once checked in, you have to unlock your room with your phone via a link in an email. I was worried my phone might die during my evening out, and then I wouldn't have been able to get into my room. However, when I got back at midnight (Saturday), there were still staff available who could have helped. Parking was expensive (15 euros for 24 hours) but convenient.

Location Its a little bit car from the center. Parking is not included-that is strange to be payed additionally.Kitchen is ok.Lobby is fantastic with different Cosy zones.The bed is great. There is smart tv -that was important for me.Clean.Quiet.Personal is very helpful.I liked this hotel.
