The staff was great. The rooms were nice and breakfast was fantastic.

I wish we were able to make the room colder.

Staff was friendly, the room excellent and I enjoyed the breakfast.

I had a little difficulty with the TV. I was supposed to be able to set a wakeup alarm and was not able to get to the place on the TV to do that. Overall experience was great. I think it was probably user error on the TV.

Size of room! Very spacious, clean and convenient with kitchenette and sofa. Great breakfast.

TV, telephone (for contacting reception) and safe out of order. Complained and was promised someone would fix it, but it did not happen. Very cold in the room, not possible to adjust heater.

In walking distance to the airport and early breakfast,starts at four .

In the room wasn’t possible to adjust the temperature. Was very hot at arrival. Only solution was to switch off the heating.

Stay in this hotel, was the worst experience during my traveling life. 1. They are writing that there is a parking on the territory. I don’t know is it the same situation on weekdays, but on Saturday evening it was full! Any it take me around 2 hours to find the parking 10 min walk the hotel. Employees were incompetent- they could not help to find the parking. When I asked were I could fint the parking spot (could they show it on the map), they told me “look over there - in that direction”. 2. There was garbage in trash can when we came3. When I came on breakfast at 6:00, it was ok and there almost were nobody. And at 9:00 when my kids with wife went there it was huge que. so they have not enough space for all the people- to have breakfast

The room was a bit darker than I expected. I understand that this is common in Europe, but it felt unusual for me.

unfortunately the restaurant was not open and I had no time late evening to go downtown - at least pizza could be ordered and consumed at the bar

Clean, quiet, spacious stay especially compared to its price. Don’t think twice if its within your budgey and you are okay with its proximity to city center.The parking is also cheap compared to many other options (About 11€ a day) at an adjacent covered parking lot.Oh , all that and also the breakfast is included, that starts at 4am.

Air conditioning was advertised and present, but it didn’t actually cool the room.Parking is on a secondary lot nearby; there’s a discount, but payment is cash only—yes, in the 21st century.

The room is a good size.

We were sweet at night because the A/C was settled to be high. We tried to lower it, but nothing happened. There wasn't shampoo and shower gel, so we couldn't take a proper shower.The TV didn't have a signal, it was useless.

Price with breakfast and a possibility to fit all family in one room.

The front desk employee was impolite and unwilling to help, telling me, “It’s not my problem” when I arrived to find no parking space within a 1 km radius — after driving around the area for 1.5 hours. This was despite prior confirmation via Booking that street parking bays would be available, and that if those were full, a paid garage could be used. The role of the front desk is not only to know what the hotel offers, but also to actively assist guests in finding solutions, especially in situations that directly affect their stay.Fortunately, a female colleague stepped in and resolved the immediate issue, but the overall experience remained far from satisfactory.Additional issues included mold under the shower, stains on the carpet, an ineffective sink drain, no nearby parking, and a lack of clear information from the front desk about the extremely limited parking options. The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep with it on, yet unbearable without it during summer.Had proper and accurate information been provided in response to my booking conversation (chat), I could have reserved a parking spot just across the street.
