ACHAT Hotel Bremen City

The space in the room was incredible, the gym was well equipped, and the beds were very soft

The only thing I struggled with (and this is personal preference) was wanting a firmer pillow. Otherwise it was great.

Nice rooms and roomy. Good breakfast and dinner. Quiet rooms

Fitness and spa opens at 8 am , which is pretty late so no gym before starting to work

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, nice bar and interior.

Pillows were terrible, no kettle in my room, bed was scratched and outdated.

Good location to the train station, tram stops, and around a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. Great breakfast (if a little busy, but it was a weekend). Room was clean and comfortable.

Would have preferred a bigger bedThe pillows were very flat, they clearly need replacing.

The hotel is located close to the centre and the train station. There is a tram stop nearby. The hotel staff were welcoming and the room was generous in size. The spa and gym were a nice bonus.

The shower has no door or curtain which isn’t ideal when sharing with friends.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, it's located near some good restaurants so all in all it's a good stop for the night.

Needs tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice modern room in a location close to the old city centre.

No hot water due to a technical issue. That can happen, but the way the staff dealt with it was very disappointing. We were offered the option to shower in a hotel down the street, but nothing else. We had to bed for a discount and got €5 off and vouchers for drinks. But not red wine, which they didn’t serve in their limited bar. And restaurant was closed. Only reason we still score this a 6 is because of the front desk staff member the next morning, who offered us complimentary breakfast once we shared our experience.

Breakfast and people and the hygiene

Bed was a bit worn out

Good size room with Coffee machine

The non frosted glass door to the bathroom, not so appreciated when travelling with teenagers.

Close to city.

Dirty rooms and NO air-conditioning (we got a portable fan ”air-conditioning”).

It was close to the main train station and to the city centre as well.

My eyes got allergic reaction because of the ventilation system during the night.

I had requested parking for my car and they had made a note of it so I got a space.

Only 20 parking spaces available, almost all hotels in the city center have the same problem. When stopping in town while enroute to or from holidays elsewhere it is more reassuring to have a packed car parked on hotel grounds than elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable and a short walk to the train station and local restaurants and attractions. Rooms were spacious and modern

Breakfast was extra and no coffee in the rooms.

Great location. Walking distance to many hot spots and tourist attractions.

Would be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker. Buffet breakfast was extra.

The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were very nice and easy communication as all the staff spoke English.

The pillows could be improved

For **** hotel it would be nice to have electric kettle or simple coffee machine in the room.

Good location, close to centre but easy access to highway.Clean rooms with good facilities.
