Modern, clean and location.

Location is amazing

Washrooms showers too small

It was close to the train station. Breakfast was decent. Internet was good.

The room “upgrade” was basically the same room on a higher floor. Same size I think. TV service was spotty especially since the Winter Olympics was happening. Afternoon desk staff could be friendly and should be able to offer suggestions on restaurants in the area and not just suggest the train station kiosks.

Great location, comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices + 24h coffee machine for free.

Breakfast was limited for the price. No marshmallow bread which was a selection factor for hotel and mentioned on website. Air con was minimal

Bathroom was too narrow

Quiet hotel. In front of the conference center and 5 minutes from the train station, therefore, very handy and accessible.

Too expensive for the quality of hotel. Facilities were very small. Not all the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was well catered with good and varied choices available. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bathroom and shower. The location is excellent and very convenient, being very close to the station and local amenities. All the staff encountered were pleasant, helpful and professional, providing advice and great customer service overall.

There is no option available to buy food to eat at the hotel, except breakfast. The hotel provides a very basic room, which when compared to similar hotels, does not offer the best value for money. Some modernisation or upgrade could be provided to the rooms - TV, number of available mains sockets, facility to charge mobile phones, heating and air conditioning system is limited.

A very comfortable location near the main railway station, a quiet and warm place, very friendly people,a clean and comfortable room. You can order breakfasts at an extra fee. The supermarket is nearby, and the old historical town is about 15 minutes walk.

Everything was wonderful

Clean and modern, very colourful.it’s a little mimalistic.

No tea or coffee in room and only a paper cup.Poor guy at reception could do with some support.They’re taking non contact to the extreme and taking the atmosphere out of the property.

Friendly staff, very comfy bed and nice size room. Location was good as we could walk through the station to the city or explore the park. Loved the hot drink machine usage as well!

Hairdryer in the room kept cutting out every time it got too hot so was difficult to dry my hair. We also did not book breakfast as it seemed very over priced for not much choice food wise.

Central and quiet location, wide lobby area and easy access.

There was only one person working at the reception desk at a time and you had to wait for almost everything. Additionally, the room was clean but not well maintained- we could see mold in the bathroom and was even smelly.

Nice hotel close to the station, midtown still in walking distance (30 min), small but nice room and bathroom, one mattress (however two blankets), coffee/tee/cocoa freely available in reception area

Furniture sometimes to experimental - parts poking out at eye level, no refridgerator, Parking lot was full which resulted in parking on a public parking lot

Convenient location, good value.

Unfortunately the hot water system failed one morning. Presumably not a common occurrence but no compensation offered.

The room and accessories felt nice but I couldn't get the heater to my desired level. Although, I was too tired to call on the reception to support. Overall, its a nice place to stay and the staff I met were pretty polite and help. Additional perks, they are coffee machines around the hotels were you are allowed to gulp as many cups of coffee as you like for free.

Inability to adjust the heater to keep myself warm.

All good, just be aware no coffee or tea making facilities in the design rooms, but both are free in the restaurant

Good location, around 15 min walk to center. You can go through station so felt safe at night/when dark. Comfy room, good shower. We didn't have breakfast. Tea and coffee available all day in reception but no cold milk for tea. Umbrella hire available for 2eur for 48hrs which is a really good idea and bag storage available. Would recommend

Good budget option for short stay in Bremen

My room wasn't cleaned on 3rd day as they had mentioned. I asked them the day after to clean it. Despite the request, the room was not cleaned. I had to get clean towels, bedsheet, and duvet with the reception late evening and change it on my own. Was quite upsetting to have that experience.There was a big carpet stain and some mold in the bathroom. Never cleaned.
