I forgot the suitcase in the Hotel room after my stay :-P Without any supplementary costs the Hotel sent it to my home in Luxembourg (through UPS)

The location is great, right in the heart of the city.

The heating was not working properly. We stayed warm thanks to a space heater the hotel gave us (for which I had to call the reception 3 times, and one of those times I was told there were no space heaters available).

the Wi-Fi was very unstable and essentially unusable for work, which was a significant inconvenience. The staff informed me that the system had been recently upgraded, but they were unable to resolve the issue at the time due to the holiday season. Additionally, there was a persistent foul smell in the bathroom. Although I reported this to the reception, the problem remained unresolved. The room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay, and the towels provided—while likely clean—were visibly stained, which was not pleasant or reassuring.

Location excellent, bed, cleanliness and breakfast very good. Best is the unlimited supply of drinking water. That is really a great idea!Overall a pleasant stay.

Standard rooms have locked windows into the atrium. In case the air-conditioning is not working, a sleepless night is guaranteed. Better take the superior room with window to the city. Very pleasant night sleep.

That we had to pay for parking without any discount.We payed around €40,- above the price of the hotel.

Location is right in the heart of Bremen Old Town. Staff were professional and helpful. Check in and Check out were good. bed was very comfortable. A quiet room.

Stayed 2 nights. Our breakfast on the first morning was average with reasonably limited selections even though it was not busy. The second morning at breakfast there was a lot more selection/variety available. There was also clearly at least 2 conferences booked at the Hotel for the day. We are hoping that the lack of variety and selection at our first breakfast was not a reflection of the Hotel only supplying a proper breakfast when there are more people staying the night.

The location is outstanding, walking distance to the old town, Weser river and port

The housekeeping, we had to call the reception counter every day when we were back from our tour in order to send someone to clean the room. They did not vacuum the room or clean the bathroom either

Location is the best possible in Bremen (with underground parking garage). Both room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Very effective elevator! Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable breakfast area and very nice breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. I paid my bill (for two rooms) in full on 22.04. But I still have a PENDING payment for one of the rooms for 325 euros on my account. The funds have been blocked for more than 2 week. All emails are ignored. Please stop holding my money hostage. Thank youBest regards,--

It has parking lot option in Booking, but they don’t have any dedicated lot in the parking facility which is near the Hotel. The Reception advised me to try other public parking options…

The hotel was only a block from the main square and the next street to Böttcherstraße, so excellent location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our Premier Room was a little disappointing with only one tiny window with no view, but otherwise the room was large and very comfortable. Tip: if you ask at reception and leave an ID card with photo, you can get a key to access the Himmelsaal of Atlantis House which the hotel manages. It’s a true architectural gem. Bike storage facilities were excellent, in a locked area in the underground carpark. There was a repair station and e-bike charging facilities.

Our accessible room was one of the best we've experienced in Europe. The bathroom had a true roll-in shower with a sturdy shower chair, reachable hooks, knee room under the sink, and truly useful and well-thought-out grab bars.Great breakfasts!

Two small things, also about accessibility: when an accessible room is cleaned, care must be taken to locate the shower head at a low height so it is reachable from the shower chair (NOT at the top!). And the rings on the shower curtain didn't work with the rod -- for anyone -- making it very hard to keep the water in the shower pan. Replace, please!

A largely wonderful stay. The only issue was that the first room we were given, the heating didn't work. These things happen but when I phoned reception a person was sent who came in the room and plugged in a small oil filled radiator. Then left. I had to go to reception, explain what had just happened and then they offered a new room, but offered no help to move despite the fact we'd unpacked and been there a while.Beyond that, everything else went well. After the initial issue, the staff were fantastic and the hotel delightful. The hotel has character (checkout the Atlantis room). The food is excellent.

A top notch hotel in the city centre of Bremen. Friendly staff, everything well maintained and clean. This also comes with a price because it isn't the cheapest hotel around but is was worth every cent and we would definitely come back.Tip! When travelling by car, park outside of the city at a P+R and travel to the city centre with public transport. It safes time, money and stress and the stop is only 150 meters away.

The staff in the restaurant and bar was understaffed. The waiting for service was way too long, ordering took over 20 min., getting the drinks 30 minutes and paying another 20 minutes. Staff however was very friendly and felt really sorry and even ashamed for the waiting times.
