Comfortable room, friendly staff.

There were no coffee facilities in the room.

Good location, and reasonably quiet location

Noise insulation from neighbouring room poor, leading to limited sleep. In addition hotel had internal renovation work (did not cause noise issue).

The facilities are clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very kind and professional, which contributed to an overall positive experience. Good balance between the price and the quality.

The wi-fi didn't work properly and I experienced frequent interruptions. There's no lift and I had to carry the suitcase to the 2nd floor.

The room smelt of sweat, I asked for it to be recleaned but the smell persisted

My room was clean and quiet, as located away from the street. As the hotel is near the end of the street, the traffic is minimal. The breakfast was good. Perhaps more choice of fresh fruit would be nice.

The furniture need updating.

The hotel is located in a nice area and the room was spatious. The room was also clean and so was the bathroom.

However, the staff was not particulalry friendly and was rather unflexible. We arrived 1,5 hours before the allowed check in time and upon our request whether it would be possible to access the room a bit earlier, they did not engage in any efforts to check whether our room is already ready or whether it could be cleaned earlier. Also, the breakfast did not allow for any dietary divergences: there were no lactosefree products or grain drinks like oat milk.

Not worth the cost!

There was a constant noise in the room. It was stinky. And the tables weren't cleaned for a long time! Although I put the sign for cleaning the room, they didn't change the bed sheet.

The room was clean and quiet and tastefully furnished. The breakfast was varied, including cereal, eggs, joghurt, cheese, sausage and fruit. Staff was calm and friendly. The hotel operates an environmental friendly policy and lets you decide yourself when you would like your room to be cleaned or your towels washed.

Personally, I did not like the smell of the shower gel provided. The coffee was o.k. I chose not to have breakfast from day 2. Some minor flaws (like: no coathangers outside the wardrobe so you would have to put a wet coat inside; one lightbulb in one of the lamps gone, etc.) Selection of TV channels strongly stressed sports.

The room was very clean

The duvet was two very tiny blankets. When we arrived, there was no one in the reception and it was very tricky to find the key to enter the building and everything was in German.

Courteous and helpful staff, clean room and breakfast was good. I like the way they were swerving tea leaf and coffee pots. The old phone and radio station by bed was so nostalgic, totally loved it.

The bed, carpet and curtain quality can be improved.

The room was very spacious and very clean and quiet and beautifully warm. The breakfast was adequate.

It was great for our requirements and we were very pleased to have a good sized fridge in our room which was very useful.

It was the second time I spent a night at the hotel during my business trip to Bremen. Firstly I choose the place as it was close to my business meeting location and, of course - of a favourable price. The hotel is placed in a very quiet location, about 500m to the tram stop (lines 4 and 6 - directly to the airport). As it was on my business trip, so I wasn't very demanding for the hotel's facilities (like: spa&wellness) and actually I used my room only for sleeping purposes. But, although its price was very accurate, the room was kept clean and tidy, wifi was working perfectly (used for google search, youtube), breakfast was sufficient for me (ok, can't be compared to a five-star hotel but it was not the thing I was looking for). And, what may be of a great importance to future hotel guests - if you arrive late, after reception desk working time hours, the hotel will be closed. But you can always call the hotel service - the telephone number is on the front door (and they pick up :)) - who will guide you to a "secret box" where your room key is waiting for you.The only disadvantage is the parking space, which in fact is a public parking placed on the street (up to date it was free of charge) - someone looking for an underground garage at the hotel may be dissappointed. As the hotel is placed at the residential area, it may take a time (and a certain distance from the hotel) to find a free parking place, specially on late evening hours. Also, some people find corridors and stairways a bit claustrophobic (in fact, they are narrow) but actually that was not the point for me. Beisdes that, when traveling again to Bremen, I decided with no hesitation to pick up this hotel again from the offer list. And will choose it again.

Maybe the information concerning the parking space (which is a public parking) should be written more clearly on the website.

Breakfast was ok. Place is not too far from Bremen center. Bed was comfortable and the bath clean. I did like the big windows. The staff members were friendly and helped with all questions and even gave me hot water in the evenings.

Breakfast could have more options like scrambled eggs and bacon, etc.

The Hotel was once a very good one, located in a very nice city district and has very good access to the public transportation system. The breakfast has excellent bread and the dining room has a nice flair from the 70’s.

The rooms urgently need to be renovated, they look the same as they did over 20 years ago (I was there in 1997) and still have carpets. The doors are not sound proof so that you hear every noice during the night.

We chose the hotel because of the location which was very convenient for us. The room was fine. We didn't have breakfast.

We requested that the room be made up on both mornings of our stay. The first morning was fine. On the second morning, the towels had not been changed nor the shower gel replaced. A dispenser in the shower would be far more convenient and sustainable than small sachets.

The breakfast was good. General hygien were ok.

In general it was nice but does not worth the price. We remains two nights, the hotel was clean though the toilet was spoiled and it has massive durty spot below thetoilet sit. Following their notice system we requested cleaning services, which we haven't received in our two day stay. The room were small. The guy on the reception were not very user friendly, but the girl which support breakfast were nice and very helpful. Off street free parking

It's a very quiet place, and I found a few good restaurants nearby for dinner ...

I found an old Donner in the fridge... And WiFi didn't work...

Breakfast was OK, but basic. The rooms were comfy.

Parking was difficult, although I managed to get a space close to the hotel. It was personally disappointing for me that the hotel does not accept AMEX. The toilet was not clean (there were other people's hairs on the toilet seat). The curtains are very thin, so the room was light as soon as the sun came up.
