The location was good, close to the city centre! The man at the reception helped solve a problem.

The beds where very uncomfortable and the pillows way to thin!!! Also the room service came before 9am eventhough we were checking out that morning :S

The location is great . the room was very neat , clean and tidy. Every corner of the room was very clean. Also, I was giving a large double bed room instead of 2 twin bed room which I booked for. I was very pleased with that.i was abit annoyed when I reached the hotel but the front female receptionist with dark hair remained friendly. This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and I will definitely come back in the future.

A good-value, reasonable spec, clean and reasonably comfortable place to spend one night, located near the station and an easy walk from the centre and the theatre. I have stayed there before and will stay again.

Small but perfectly formed room. Very clean and comfortable and met all our needs. Despite being opposite the tram and main train stations, the double-glazed windows kept the room very quiet. No bath, only a shower - but that would suit most people. Breakfast plentiful and good. Staff friendly. Location excellent. Nothing to dislike.

The beds come with one pillow per person. However, we asked for a 2nd one and it was provided immediately.

I liked the “uniformity “ of all ibis hotels, I know what to expect. I have been frequently before my twins were born and now they are old enough to be okay in a small room with me. The Bremen Ibis unfortunately is blessed and cursed, there’s no other way of putting it, the building is a lovely place in a horrible environment, streets full of beggars drug addicts and worse. Being close to Hbf is a blessing and a curse.Otherwise good access to city center on foot, close to the seaside with a 35 minute train ride.I love the sustainability efforts, I love that there are less and less waisted resources, being that plastic or human labor. I love the heating system that it’s not automatically on 25 degrees, way to go! The green liquid soap smelled wonderful and felt amazing!

Love it for easy access and hate the crowd of beggars drunkards drug addicts.One tiny thing that bothered me, I asked specifically about having a potty in the bathroom when booking and got a reply that the staff understood and it’s okay, however the staff on site didn’t have any clue and couldn’t help. One of my toddlers is physically disabled and needs a potty in the evenings, can’t sit unassisted on a regular tall toilet. I felt that the staff on site could have been a little more helpful, I know I would have done more for a guest - and I had other hotels do a whole lot more for my kids. However at Ibis I am aware families with small kids are not the target audience. That much was obvious even with the reaction of other guests - mainly retired aged folks. I left a feedback on the first day of our stay, one of the lightbulbs was missing in our room. The blue liquid soap smelled bad but that’s just private preference.

Great location between train station & city centre. Lovely and helpful staff. Very clean. Decent bathroom facilities. Late checkout time.

Whilst it was possible to set the temperature in the room, at the minimum (18C) it was still very hot! Even with the window open overnight (mid-December) we were sweltering. Otherwise was perfect for what we required.

It was very hot in the rooms. In one off our rooms there wasn’t a possibility to open a window.

Easy to find and pretty simple check in.

Definitely a no frills stay. Shower was okay but seal around shower door wasn’t great and looked ‘tired’. Also zero shower gel in dispenser on arrival - that should be a basic check prior to arrival of any new guest.

I was told that my booking was for just 2 people but I showed them my booking g showed 4 people . I then had to pay an extra 20 Euros. No hair dryer . Coffer had to be paid for . Hardly any blankets . On the second day we were astonished when we got out of the lift on the ground floor to find a man sitting using heroin and making drug wraps with foil. I book a lot with booking.com this was a disaster
