The restaurant was very good and is beautiful place to eat.

the waiters at the restaurant were indifferent and no very professionals.

The front desk staff were not very polite.

The lady who welcomed us and checked us in was very helpful. The restaurant had a lovely vibe and there was a lot of kids facilities. Secure parking and just off the motorway.

The pool was a milky blue which indicated it wasn’t clean. The music blasted on until midnight which made it completely impossible to sleep which wasn’t great after a long day of driving. The rooms need renovating as per the rest of the hotel. The sofa bed was hard as a rock, my daughter couldn’t sleep on it so I swapped with her and had a crook neck come the morning.

Very nice hotel with a beatiful pool and nice outdoor facilities (restaurant, bar, kids playground...) and confortable rooms. Cherry on teh cake free cold/sparkling water dispenser at each floor and a very nice decoration.

Overall hotel location with proximity to big commarcial area (ikea, mc donald, hypermarkets...) and speedway not so fancy ... but fortunately not visible as soon as within the hotel property.

Make sure to have dinner here. Food was so fresh and honest. Love the fact its only a small choice of menu. Facilities was faultless.

Unfortunately it was a but warm in the room despite the AC on high. Especially on a very hot day.

Great restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing and many things to entertain the kids including inside and outside play areas.Nice stop by the motorway and only a short ride to Avignon centre.

1. The AC was set at 17 but felt like 27 at night so we could not sleep well because of the heat.2. There was a terrible drain smell in our family room (503) which came from the shower room. We received an odour neutraliser to fix it but only on the second day after the third request.

No A/C in the room, empty mini-bar (extra warm temperature in the room and no water). Untrained staff at the lobby. All of that for 178€ the night. A joke.

Kids loved the vibe, the toys corner. Husband and I having lots of space in the room and the breakfast. We arrived late at night with 2 sleeping kids and check-in was super quick and bsst silent ;)

We picked a breakfast table that others just used. It took them a while to clean it up. Rest of the breakfast was great.

We got a room on the 4th floor. Not acceptable, the hallways and the room stink. Furniture at least 30 years old. Never again.

The breakfast was ok . Enough to get one through a number of hours without feeling hungry

Shame that we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on Sunday! However, the staff redeemed themselves by giving us restaurant options around the area!Kudos to Wissala and Natalie at reception Maryam from house keeping and Leo who helped when we didn’t have electricity in the room

Dinner was a very pleasant experience from the food the staff the musicians and atmosphere in the out door seating area The pool.

Flys need to be dealt with in the outdoor restaurant. We would have appreciated some pots of milk in the room.
