The room was ok, clean, quiet and a decent shower. However the staff were unwelcoming to the point of abrupt rudeness. This is supposed to be a dog friendly hotel. We were informed in writing not to leave our dog unattended in the room, when we went for breakfast we were shouted at by a staff member for having the temerity to bring our small dog with us. Never again, we have cancelled our return booking.

Very clean and very comfortable.Good shower.

The restaurant was closed the evening we arrived.There was a very bright light outside which illuminated the room. Luckily it wasn't on all night.The breakfast was quite sparse.

Location was a relatively easy drive into Valencia The town of Beniparrel is tired and dull but the hotel is lovely and it is good value for the cost.

I was embarrassed by my lack of Spanish. Only one staff member was able to answer my questions

The location is amazing for when you are traveling by car. There is a private parking free of charge, we arrived very late (4am) and they were understanding and helpful. The room is perfect, clean and free water in the mini fridge. I would highly recommend this hotel.

In the toilet was sort of bad smell.

The hotel provided an inexpensive alternative for our short stay in the area. The location and parking were easy to find. The bathroom was tidy.

Despite being a non-smoking hotel, our room had a weird smell. This might be a big concern for people who are sensitive to smells. Additionally, from the looks of it, the hotel had seen its better days. For instance, when trying to open the door in the stairway, I was left with the door handle in my hand. Furthermore, the breakfast, in our opinion, was rather modest for its price.The staff doesn't know much English, so it is useful to know a bit of Spanish when visiting.

Unfortunately nothing.

Poor location for visiting Valencia. The bus stops at all places along the way but also waits 10 minutes before leaving. Hotel needs updating and some soundproofing as activities in adjoining rooms were very audible. No facilities in rooms and no nearby supermarket. Poor selection for continental breakfast. Breakfast room lacked atmosphere.

The outlook from the room was bad and considering we were staying for 3 nights a room with a better outlook would of been appreciated

We have a baby and they give us a very nice room separate of another rooms to avoid to disturb anothers guests and also give us a extra bed for the baby.

I didn't like was the hotel is at warehouse area with a lot factory but it ia quiet around the hotel.

Spacious room, and bathroom as well. The hotel has feeling of past glory. The town has it's charm, both late night and early morning walk I enjoyed a lot. Parking on the street was easy.

Excelent clean and quiet room for the short hop I made in Beniparrell.

The price for the second night was higher than for the first one, without any notice from the staff. They wanted to do with the third night as well ?. Very pleasant guys.

Own en suite. Larger than average single bed (it was a small double). Parking easy on the street outside.

Small room and, due to COVID sanitising measures, the disinfectant was very overpowering and I opened a window to let in some fresh air. Big mistake. A lizard got in and promptly hid somewhere in the room...... Otherwise no complaint whatsoever.

The property is much larger than it looks from the photos. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We didn’t get the double room that we booked, instead we got a twin room but to be honest we were not that bothered so didn’t say anything. I’m sure if we had it would have been dealt with quickly and easily.

Quiet hotel

It was a bit out of the way and difficult for us to get there from the train station.But it was a very nice hotel - so that made up for it.
