I stayed here during my road trip to Chamonix. It’s a nice apartment-style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The beds and sofa bed were very comfortable. The room was a bit outdated, but clean and well-equipped.The location was convenient, and having on-site parking was a huge plus. We decided to extend our stay by one night, and the staff kindly let us stay in the same room, which was really appreciated.

The only minus was the bathroom; the tub was a bit too high for my elderly mom.

Its less than average, nothing i liked

Very bad location, very bad charging units and the stuff cant help because they dont have adaptors for guests so you have to buy!

View is nice, Parking facility is good. Breakfast is OK.

Room size is a bit small. Parking slots is too narrow. Breakfast missing fresh fruits. There was overcharge for the parking, After I review and claim, they refund me the overcharge.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable, the kitchenette was handy. The staff were very helpful and let us check in earlier than stated.Parking on site was ideal.

The location was a little far out, however, the bus stop was a 5 min walk, where the buses ran regularly and took about 12 mins into the centre of Annecy.

I can only highlight the staff, they are friendly and responsive. The bed was confortable. I would only recommend this "hotel" for a very short stay, sleep and run away. Parking is cheap and is quite big.

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! I know it is not listed in the amenities, but it should be clearly stated that they don't have it, I would have not reserved the rooms if I knew, we are in the middle of a heatwave, and it was impossible to sleep, luckily it rained in the evening. They offer a fan for a small deposit, but we did not use that either, see the picture, it was full of ooze, might have never been cleaned.The breakfast is very basic and if there are more than 10 people at a time they run out of everything, and the person attending the breakfast room cannot replenish quickly enough, so go spend your hard earned money someplace else.Our room had seen its last refresh somewhere in the 70s, i'm hoping they have renewed rooms somewhere in the other parts of the building.Not even a water bottle in the room.3 stars is too generous, more like 2.It is quite far from the center, 12min by car.

The hotel fulfills the minimum requirements. Parking at a fair rate.

The place is far away from the center. Their refusal cancel my reservation on the busiest day of annecy was only to annoy me, the whole city was sold out for the lake party so they could have found a new guest in no time. The breakfast is expensive.

Well designed room, easy access.

There was no air conditioning, and it was very hot!

I booked a one bedroom apartment (with separate bedroom and living room) in the hotel for almost a week. It was very spacious and had a small kitchen with everything I needed for my stay. The room was definitely larger than any hotel room I've had in the past. I was also happy they had a gated parking lot for only $3/night. There was always a parking space at any time when I returned to the hotel. That area of the town is well known for not having enough public parking space on the street, so I really appreciated it. Finally, the staff was very nice at check-in.

There was a heat wave in France and the temperatures went well above 95 degrees. However, the rooms were not equipped with any air conditioning. I'm sure the place would have been great in the fall or winter time, but for the summer, they should consider installing air conditioning in those rooms or a ceiling fan, at least. I also recommend the staff to greet customers when they pass through the lobby. Even though I look straight into their eyes when I walk by the front desk, nobody even says hi or good morning.

Good value, cheap parking on premises available

No air conditioning in the room, air temperature was unbearably high throughout the entire night and did not cool down despite windows wide open.

The room is very clean and a good size for two people. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Overall, the price is very good for what you get.

However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, which was unpleasant

Parking facility plus comfy bed

The apartment we were in had a funny smell, specially in the kitchen area (we did not cook or had anything in the fridge). Also, when we tried to turn on the heater a strange smell came out from it too (maybe the heater hasn't been used for quite some time??)

It was well located, only 30 mins walk from the center and a 10 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, and Centre commercial. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the studio had all the amenities needed for a long stay.

It was all good, can’t complain about anything.

Close to a bus stop into the centre of town. Overground and secure underground parking options.

Layout from room to desk was a bit long and serpentine.

Horrible experience

The horrible smell in the bathroom made our stay impossible.It's more like a dorm room than a hotel No effort for the decoration,the bed was making so much noise,the mattress is not comfortable at all.The room feels dirty and depressing.Don't trust the high reviews
