Lots of dust at the edge of the table in the room. The sheets had holes and were not clean.

We had a standard double room, it looked exactly as in photos. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The room has a thermostat, but we didn't use it. It was very quiet in the room and in the corridors (maybe because there were not many guests at that time).The breakfast was good. I liked that there were warm options: scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes. The rest was usual for a classic hotel: lots of bread, ham, cheese, croissants, vegetables, fruits. Muesli, cornflakes, milk, yoghurt, kwark. Not sure if there were any vegan options apart from vegetables and fruits.The hotel is located in the same building with the stadium, and there are many different stores everywhere and a huge free parking. The location is good for visiting cities and places nearby: Aachen, Maastricht, Drielandenpunt. Everything is within a 25-minute drive.

Not a big issue, but we got our towels replaced even though we left them hanging as instructed because we wanted to use them. It seems the hotel doesn't follow its own environmental regulations.Funny, we didn't find fresh hand towels after the replacement.

Could do with regular hoovering room.

Bad

The have given the room to another guest (Rafaela) than my guest (Rafael) without checking the booking code and last names. Realising their blunder they gave another room to my guest and also charged him also instead of sending me (the business) a bill

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for attending a match at the stadium. Fast food options close by.

Rooms were standard quality and in need of maintenance (e.g. stains on carpet, broken soap dispenser in toilets). Mattress very soft. Room was cold and had to go to reception for them to adjust the temperature remotely as some of the options appeared blocked on the room control. Expensive for what you get.

Clean and easy to make short distance to simplewel and Herlen.

Friendly and helpful staff ,only thing breakfast was poor.

Everything was perfect

Needed hot drinks facilities in the room and for a 7 night stay I should have booked a room with an area to relax having only the bed to relax on for this duration but I will stay again

I didn’t. It is a run down hotel which is disappointing seeing it is part of the Fletcher group. I wanted to cancel one night out of 3 because I hated staying there. But the hotel would not let me cancel. At €200 a night without breakfast is just not good. This hotel needs to renovate. I did not have a good time at this hotel at all. Hence why I wanted to leave after 2 nights.

It was very hard to find the entrance. The location should be updated properly on the Booking.com map. Wifi was a bit slow.

Stayed here on a match day so very convenient. Room was modern and clean. Bus takes about 15 mins from Heerlen or Kerkrade. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but that is personal preference. €3 city tax to be paid on arrival

The view was good and the staff were kind and helpful.

Simply fantastic breakfasts, good meals in the restaurant.No e big room, cosy bathroom.

The location was handy for the Market Square in Kerkrade and our room was comfortable and clean, we didn't have breakfast
