    Pros +

    • I like the ski portion of the facility.
    • The location is good. Convenient. There is a big parking space for cars which I thought is free but cost 9euro which was ok. From the hotel you can walk down to the snow world and there is a bar and places to eat. So you can spent some time in the lobby/bar/cafe area while watching the skieers.I find it quite impressive that they could accommodate in the small room a nice bathroom with separate WC, shower, double sink and even storage space and garderobe. Also a sofa which can transform in two separate beds if needed. The room had a nice appearance. Overall I could stay here again with having in mind that it is basic accommodation.
    • Convenient because it is at snow world. Parking was easy.

    Cons -

    • I like the property, but the facilities of the hotel itself not the ski run were absolutely horrible. The restaurants quality of food is below standard of what restaurant quality foods should be. Overcharged overpriced over hyped.
    • The toilet was not very clean. The beds had wheels and they moved around a lot. That was very inconvenient. The carpet in the corridors looks very worn and dirty. The doors of the rooms are heavy and you can hear a lot of noise from outside. There could have a coffee/maker water cooker in the room or at least a coffee machine at the corridor. My main complaint is that even though the room rate was at a decent price if you decide to eat at the bar it is very expensive for very small portions. The kids pasta was literally in a tiny plate and 20 euros for a small burger with fries (that's it) is really overrated. I mean I knew the price but I expected bigger portions for this amount. Honestly I have spent less money for dinner, on nice restaurants.
    • Food is ok. The music in the bar is way too loud during the day. Obnoxious.

The hotel is the same building as the indoor slopes

Dirty room, very cold with no heating, a surprising lady bug infection, other bugs in the room, the lack of a separate toilet.

    6LeventPosted on: 1-13-2026

    room was well heated.

beds are very very small. a normal adult person can not fit. I could not sleep at all.

    7SofiePosted on: 1-13-2026

Great location in combination with SnowWorld facilities. Nice not having to drive home at night after skiing all day. The room was clean enough.

Very basic, the room is okay but don't expect any luxury. The two single beds are extremely small (I'm guessing 70cm). I nearly fell out of bed at night. The heating didn't work very well so the room stayed very cold.

We really liked the breakfast - nothing special but everything we needed was there. Also, because it is attached to the SnowWorld it was really great experience to have some chill and shower after the active day. The parking was great with lots of space.

We got the most expensive room and it felt so outdated. The wallpapers were in stains, detaching from the wall. Floors were so dirty so our socks were immediately brown. The room temperature was around 17C which is not enough, especially if you're staying with the kids.

We had an excellent vacation at the SnowWorld and Alpine Hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, well maintained and serviced along our stay. We all enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge bar at night. Reveillon dinner was delicious. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. We loved the integration with the ski slopes which made our vacation very pleasant, relaxing and fun.

Very large room, warm and functional. Decent breakfast, not busy.

simple furnishing, not pretty. Lift area and carpets worn.

Great indoor ski experience. Different. Sureal going to the Netherlands for skiing. Good slope. Very busy during day time, peacefull in the evening. 3 course meal for 35 euros was excellent.

Beds were small, soft and mooved apart. Wive was snoring but i guess me too. But used the sofa bed and it was a good really comfy solution. Bathroom setup is a bit odd.

    6BogdanPosted on: 12-7-2025

Location is on site with the indoor ski facility. Parking and breakfast were good.

Bathroom was not acceptable as it had glass walls and facing the bedroom offering nearly zero privacy. The shower and WC shared the (sliding) door, which had no handles on the inside. If someone used the WC at night, the light would illuminate the entire bedroom.

Really excellent breakfasts. Fantastci freshly baked bread and croissants

Restaurant food is decent but could do with more options

    9DeoPosted on: 11-18-2025

The entire establishment is super clean. The parking lot is very close by. The rooms are spacious. The location is obviously amazing.

It is extremely hard, but still possible to kind of close the shower door when standing inside the shower. This is because there was no handle on the door on the inside. Showering with the door open would cause the floor outside to get very wet and in this situation, that would be very annoying.I (at 185cm) personally have a hard time sleeping on a single bed. There are also no rooms with a double bed. I really wished some rooms offered a double bed. Trying to sleep on these two single beds as a double would cause me to fall in between.

It’s in the snow world easily access to the snow place.

Room is not clean. No trash can in the room

    7IlsePosted on: 10-31-2025

Location and resort facilities were excellent. Rooms were spacious and interesting lay out

Bedding was uncomfortable. No tea/coffee making facility in room. Finer detail to cleanliness lacking. Floor was dirty and dusty. Breakfast was underwhelming for price

    4FrankPosted on: 10-28-2025

    Indoor ski slope, breakfast

Cleanliness, outdated furniture with stains, bathroom needs renovation. (Drain in the shower didn’t function properly)

My stay at this hotel was not for the skiing, I stayed as I was in Heerlen for a concert. However I did watch some of the skiing and snowboarding and the Piste's looked excellent. The atmosphere at the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly. However, you have to be up with technology for payment etc. I am old school and like to put the bills on my room and pay at end of stay but you have to pay at the time - I have non of these apps or "stuff" on my phone - but that is my fault

    7KanePosted on: 10-26-2025

Nice alpine style room and easy access to the slope in the morning.

The food was quite poor in the slope bar mostly deep fried straight out of the freezer and slightly overpriced.
