Very cool location. View is amazing. The staff is awesome!! Treat you like family. Cesar is the personality of the hotel and brings a light humor and great service. Will absolutely go back.

Food was not the best. For the price, I expected more.

The location is great and very accessible! Close to the highway, but still keeps that secluded feeling. The villa itself is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the food is beyond delicious, and the folks are very hospitable. We will definitely return to this place every time we are in the area!

The shower is a bit small

Beautiful rooms with fun, colorful decor. The restaurant on site was amazing and delicious dinner. The Bisteca alla Florentina was super delicious. We have one person who likes their meat med well- well done and they were nice enough to throw a part of the steak back on the grill for him (it came medium rare as we asked for the rest). The complimentary breakfast (and espresso) was amazing and satisfied all of our family. The ambiance of this location is unbeatable and enjoy a glass of wine outside or on the second floor terrace.

Just a comment for anyone who is driving that the roads are narrow leading up to the place, so dont speed as thee are pull overs if cars are going opposite directions.

I loved the stuning views of the suroundinngs, the rooms, the silence, the food, the free parking space , the villa. The roads to the villa were beautiful.

The fact that in the room was cold, even if they had an air conditioning system (it didn t work properly ).

Stayed here second time.Love this place. Very peaceful and very picturesque. Big rooms. Very comfortable beds.Great breakfast. Big parking . Great value for money. Highly recommend for staying here!

The location and the grounds - the view! The staff The beds The vibe was casual and we felt welcomed with our dogs. Our two boys even got a treat from the staff The calm: Florence was such a zoo we stayed for an hour and then left for more relaxed towns. The hotel was perfect to recharge and Nothing was worth that kind of mass tourism headache.

Some parts of the property need some refurbishments which we understood will happen in future This is definitely an event hotel.

Absolutely stunning place. very very special, beautiful surroundings - my wife and I were dreaming of having another wedding here - could rent all rooms, have an amazing weekend with friends and family - highly recommend it. It was a perfect stop and delicious breakfast with family, only 20 minutes away from Florence and 100% worth the small detour!

Location is perfect for going into Florence, but not being stuck in the city. Staff were wonderful and the room was very nice and clean.

    7DariusPosted on: 2-11-2025

    Nice location, big room.

Missing coziness. For the invoice you need wait 1 week! Why not to provide document on stay next morning like other hotels do?

Location of the property is excellent I felt this place needs love and attention and re design to all its amenities. The location of the pool can stay as it.Sun rises from the East and therefore, the dining room needs to move into the playrooms. The reception desk need to move to the opposite area where the current location of the dining area. There is no lobby in this facility which is necessary to bring grand to the building and good feelings to visitors. The staff are nice people but they need to have uniform and be better trained to handle guest needs. In the driveway into the building there are pot wholes that can fixed easily

    The lay outs of aminities

    6SelimPosted on: 12-26-2024

Beautiful building. Nice staff. Excellent food (dinner).

Very bad beds not comfortable at all. Very simple breakfast. Poor coffee (machine).

Incredible location and views, a true old Tuscan villa

The shower drainage is partially blocked. Took a little longer than usual to shower and it flooded the bathroom floors.Breakfast was quite poor. The first day, got down there past 9 am and there was very little left. The second day, went down extremely early just to find some cakes that felt hard, as if they were frozen from the previous day. Some event on the night of the Friday, loud, very loud, past 1 am.

    10ThiagoPosted on: 11-24-2024

Beautiful place and nice view. The restaurant food is delicious.

    Expensive restaurant

    8OlenaPosted on: 11-4-2024

Very nice location , easy to get to Florence from there . Nice atmosphere and lovely stuff

Breakfast was a bit poor; we stayed for 4 nights and it was every days exactly the same and limited .

    6GulnurPosted on: 10-22-2024

The large and colorful rooms with some art touches, the surrounding nature.

The service during the breakfast was quite weak. It was around 8:30-9:00 am and the breakfast wasn’t refreshed. We have put the cutlery and napkins to our table. There wasn’t any assistance in the breakfast room. We have reminded that the egg is finished. The selection of food was quite insufficient.
