Hotel Perlage Florence -with Private Parking & Fast Wifi

Very helpful staff

No shuttle. I chose this hotel for two reasons: close to the airport and a shuttle. It was neither.

wifi needs work (weak signal), city parking was convenient but daily rate (30 euro) was costly

Lovely hotel. The front desk staff was excellent. The room was very clean and the foam bed was very comfortable.Continental Breakfast had a great variety.

The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. We had to check in earlier than 2pm and they were pretty flexible with the time. The hotel is next to a pharmacy and a supermarket. Parking was affordable with 5 euros per night and with plenty of spots. We were recommended a few neighbourhood restaurants and all of those are great. The double room is modern and has plugs and reading lights on both sides of the bed.

Room is on the smaller side considering this is a hotel not in the city centre. Location-wise, the 20 minutes walk to the tram was ok in the morning, but it feels really long after a whole day of walk in downtown. The cleaning staff didn’t change our sheets or towels after the first day. The lift was a little tricky and sometimes stops working.

Very helpful staff who fixed the light problem on the next day, rooms are quite big.

Breakfast option was small but the food and coffee are delicious. The bathroom is relatively small

The personal was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and neat. Perfect location if you are supposed to take the bus from Vila Costanza station.

Great quiet little town outside of Florence. Picturesque and quaint. Good food options around. 10 minute walk to Tram station.

For my first booking through this platform, I paid a certain amount and received a great room. I decided to extend my stay by one night, but this time I booked directly with the hotel. To my disappointment, for the same price, I was given an incredibly small room. I'm not sure how the hotel determines room rates, but I was very unhappy and uncomfortable with the quality of the room on the second night, especially since I paid the same amount for a much better room previously. It left me feeling really cheated, hence the rating given.

Considering the distance from the main train station and the fact that the rate is quite high without including breakfast, I found the value for money to be disappointing.

Very polite staff, there is a bus station 30 meters away. You can reach the historical center by changing a bus and a tram ( 20 minutes ).

From my point of view the price was a little bit too high compared to what the hotel offers. The room was very small, not enough space around the bed. The sound proofing level was extremely poor, I could hear all the cars, scooters and especially the conversations from the room next door, every single word.

Nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Great choice for a short stop-over and easy to get into the centre of Florence using public transport (which was fairly cheap).

Slightly difficult to find if you don't know the area, (and your SatNav is playing up as ours was), as it's slightly hidden from the road unless you are driving very slowly. Could do with better signage out front but a nice place to stay once you find it.

Staff were amazing. Very helpful booking taxi for me. I really appreciate their willingness to be helpful. 10/10

Pleasant

Almost got hit by electricity in the shower. After that, said to the receptionist that they’ve got a problem there, didn‘t even apologize. Expected a bit more than just “my colleague will look”.

Spacious bedroom with well managed facilities. Also, had a great breakfast option for 7 EUR.
