Logis - Hôtel & Restaurant des Lacs Paris Sud

The room was very, clean, cosy and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. The restaurant in the evening was exceptional which made this visit a memorable experience.

The bar could have opened a little earlier, before 6pm.

Staff very friendly and helpful Clean rooms, confy beds.Will be back!!!

Comfortable beds & pillows

Unpleasant smell throughout the corridors and to a lesser extent in the room. Vista from our room was disappointing and unkempt. Breakfast pastries and croissants were covered in flies rendering them inedible and although we arrived in good time basics such as bread had already gone.

Air conditioned room

Broken glass in car park,breakfast eggs inedible , told to turn egg boiler on ourselves and wait 15 minutes

Staff were nice, lakeside walks, restaurant was good, quiet room, good bed.

Viry Chatillon. Really nothing to do. Whole place was a bit ghetto. I worked in the room but Internet cuts out every couple of hours.Reception door constantly thuds closed but member of staff did temp fix with prestik.

Rude staffIncompetentDisturbed three times whilst sleeping night receptionist gave keys to our room to others!Restaurant was closed They didn't read the notes on the booking formAnd more still.

Front desk staff spoke almost no English, but tried to be helpful.

No Wi-Fi, No AC (temp was 32C), very small room, staff spoke almost no English making very hard to solve issues. Room had extra bed not requested making it even smaller.

Clean rooms, excellent view of lake, excellent hotel restaurant and next door to great Indian restaurant also

Hotel did not explain prior to check in that breakfast was not included in the hotel booking and I did not see a price listing at the front desk in either French or English. Wifi signal is also very weak and only usable on the ground floor but there is no lobby space.

it was very hot in the rooms even the fans wasn’t good enough. you should put the air conditioner in the rooms

Location, value for money, restaurant

We particularly appreciated the lakeside location. A stone's throw from Paris, this hotel offers a haven of peace for unparalleled value for money, especially if you include the breakfast (taken on the terrace, given the superb weather).

The location by a lake was nice although we only stayed one night and were not able to explore the area as we had a flight from Orly on the morning we checked out. The front desk staff on arrival and on our departure were very welcoming and friendly . We didn’t avail of breakfast.We are not sure if the restaurant is only open on particular days but this was not obvious to us so very disappointed to find it closed the evening we arrived. We normally chose a Logis hotel when travelling in France because of the availability and quality of their restaurants . We managed to locate a Leon restaurant within a short driving distance which was a relief as we were very hungry!

We felt that soundproofing between the rooms was not adequate. We could almost hear people talking from our room. Room size quite small . It was disappointing to find the restaurant closed ( although advertised )when we arrived after a long journey .

B.Location of the hotel is beautiful. Proximity to train station that is in a walking distance is also great point. Beds and bed covers are very comfortable and provide good rest and sleep. Clean rooms and clean bathroom. Very nice fresh food and restaurant staff that was very friendly and trying their best despite not being very good with English. Nice parking just in front of the hotel.

Smell in the corridors in front of the room is really bad and is great pity. They should work on solving it as it leaves bad impression. Luckily in the room we couldn't smell it so strongly. Variety of food and amount of food for breakfast can be improved.
