This is our ‘go to’ stopover hotel on our travels to southern France with easy access off the A10 or the non toll roads via Rouen, Dreux and Chartres. Lots of parking and it also has a restaurant but also surrounded by plenty of eateries (Buffalo Grill our fav). Breakfast is good but also just over the road there is a Boulangerie where we usually stock up on something for lunch on our forward travels. You know what you are getting with a Campanile - good standard of accommodation that is clean and great value. Perfect for our stopover.

Nothing at all

Excellent stayed there last year and it was even better. Great if you need somewhere to stay close to the tunnel. Restaurant food Excellent and exceeds the cost.

The check in was very easy and quick with friendly reception staff. We arrived late (after 10pm) which was not an issue for check in. There was an electric car charger in the restaurant car park opposite. The beds were comfortable and large, shower room was clean and hairdryer and kettle were provided. The hotel was a comfortable stopover between destinations.

The rooms weren’t overly clean, metal shutters at the windows, interconnecting doors that wouldn’t shut.

The property was run down and tired. The bathrooms were not clean and had hairs in them.

Great breakfast and value. Staff were helpful and polite. Very good value for money.

Hotel in an industrial area. Noisy at night. The car park was not gated and the general public can walk in.

The main positives are the very helpful staff, the easy parking and the value-for-money. Good airco. The breakfast is nothing special but good enough.

The hotel is past its prime. The parking shows some serious potholes. Bathroom feels cramped. Distance to the center city is considerable but more or less straight line.

Breakfast at 7 a.m. was good. At 8.30 a.m. it was a different story tho. Benedict was very helpful and welcoming.

Ants in the room. White bathtub sealant had deteriorated badly, lighting constantly flickered, toilet showed limescale that needed bleaching away, the duvet cover hadn't been ironed, the pillows were lumpy and bumpy and need replacing. Overall the sleeping accommodation needs upgrading. Reception and breakfast are was acceptable. The whole place does not give you a feeling of being secure. Interlocking doors between bedrooms were particularly not wanted, you can hear everything. Aircon was barely acceptable and the vents looked as though they hadn't had a thorough clean in a long time. The wall vent was filthy. Kept our torch on all night to keep bugs away.

The receptionist Benedict was very welcoming and hospitable. Very helpful. The lady at breakfast made sure that we were suitably nourished and it was very nice.

The fact that the breakfast was very sparse, had to wait 30 minutes for some croissants - obviously frozen.Supposed to have restaurant on site, but it didn't, although not far away

Hotel not too far away from the motorway with electric charging points to overnight. Traveling through France with an electric car and preferring to charge overnight. We arrived late but check in was ready and we could immediately to sleep. Good breakfast in the morning and car ready to go again!

Rooms are simple, but bed was OK although the high pillow. A bit noisy.

The water took ages to get to a decent temperature, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom ceiling was completely covered in mold.
