Impossible to find entrance to it. Got there at 10pm,found door locked, no lights in the lobby. Had to call someone into the reception area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was fine and reasonable price. Rooms clean.

We lodged at front rooms of hotel (i asked for quiet rooms) and due to heat needed to open windows, resulting in too much street noise... slept very little/bad.. so definitely go for rooms on back side of the building.

Room and shower was too cold and beds were very disgusting

Room was dark and shabby. Coffee machine in room was inadequate with only 1 small bottle of water and espresso size paper cups. Our dog was scratching all night on floor. One bathroom light bulb had blown and bin lid was rusty.

Didnt like the location. Its not that far from the highway (which is good) but the property and surroundings were deserted. Might be the time of the year? Inside the building is ok, outside did not feel family friendly at all and in need of maintenance

The location to motorway was great. The room was clean and quiet considering it's proximity to main road. Bed comfy and got a fantastic night's sleep! Staff friendly and welcoming. Restaurants within walking distance.

They only did microwave food which is rubbish. So not really a restaurant and no bar to speak of

The promised restaurant turned out to be microwaved jars of food!! We had to go out, which hadn't been the plan after a long drive.

Staff were very helpful. Although we didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, we had breakfast in the restaurant area in the morning and this was the nicest part of the hotel.

The hotel says that it is non-smoking but my room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I'm a non-smoker and I really did not like the smell which I couldn't get use to. I've stayed in many hotels over the years and this is the first time that I have ever experienced this. We had four rooms between our party and mine was the only one that was like this but whenever any other members of my family entered my room, they smelt the smoke and commented on it straight away. Although there was a pace for it within the breakfast items offered, there wasn't any scrambled egg, which a number of us would have liked. We were the only group having breakfast so I presume there wasn't much laid on because of this. However, we all enjoyed the breakfast otherwise.

Breakfast good and generous.Best thing was sushi restaurant near by, close to roundabout.

Signs to hotel. Area very industrial, but convenient for travel.

Near the motorway. Selection of restaurants within walking distance of hotel.

Shower tray needed a good bleaching.

The room was very smelly, it smelled as though someone had been cooking chips in the whole room and en-suite. Didn’t appear or feel very clean, I slept on top of the bed rather than get into it! No bar or food facilities available even though the facilities section of the description stated that there were. I had to settle for a very poor KFC near to the hotel which I ended up throwing away! Reception area had lots of men just lounging about the place, without being rude, it gave the impression it was a hostel for immigrants. I would not stay here again.
