B&B HOTEL Orléans Nord Saran

We're vegetarians but found food we could eat there. Friendly, helpful staff.Plenty of convenient parking. We had to leave early for the airport so the location north of Orleans was good. Not as much traffic as in Orleans I expect.

The carpet in our room needs to be replaced.

Clean enough, close to the motorway.

Food in the restaurant is very simple but expensive.It was impossible to sleep well here. There is always the sound of running water in rooms 220,221.

Excellent value hotel for stopover to break the journey. Good safe parking, large clean comfortable room with huge bed, and lots of desk space/power points. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great breakfast (fig bread, cereals bread, fruit salad, cheese, cereals, scrambled eggs, croissants, chocolate buns...), very clean room, quiet location and comfy large bed.

Comfortable room and bed, good shower with reasonable space. Didn't use restaurant but looked ok. Staff courteous and friendly.

Location convenient for a stop on a long drive, but somewhat isolated.

Superb value for money. Stopped over on way south from Calais with dog. Safe parking, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable room with great shower. Perfect.

We were just passing through on a longer trip & booked that very night so we’re very pleased we could take our dog whilst traveling. Staff were super.

The restaurant food was very disappointing. Since changing from an Ibis to B & B the choice and quality are nowhere as great as before. I always enjoyed staying here as you were guaranteed a superb cooked meal after a long day travelling

Not much to say, standard hotel room. Breakfast was ok-ish, standard what you get in almost every hotel.It was nice that you could boil your eggs to be perfect for you.

Price / quality ratio can be improved.There is no fridge in the room.Most of the staff, especially at the restaurant, struggling with English.

We had stayed there before it's a very convenient stopover on trip from Spain to the eurotunnel. The hotel has all the facilities we needed for an economic one night stay.

The shower worked and the location was good

I can’t believe this is an Ibis Hotel. Have stayed at Ibis Hotels before and it was the reason we chose this one. Funnily enough there were no Ibis signs around. Perhaps Ibis aren’t happy. Food awful. Receptionist when we arrived not very friendly. She rolled her eyes when I asked for dinner at 7. She didn’t advise where meals would be served or times we had to ask. The catering staff were so out of their depth with dealing with anyone who didn’t speak fluent French but did their best. I couldn’t eat dinner it was awful. The whole building needs refurbishing. The carpet in the bedroom looked so dirty but it was the pattern. Who lays a carpet that looks stained (pic uploaded). Couldn’t wait to get out of there and so expensive. Dogs were allowed which is fine but didn’t like that they were all wandering around off their leads. We don’t all want dogs watch us eat. AVOID UNLESS DESPERATE

Easy location with good parking, staff friendly and helpful, pleasant reception area

The noise in the room due to the traffic...... but what was worse is the fact that the room temperature could not be regulated as the temperature regulator was faulty....... only warm air was entering the room which made it unable to sleep.....especially as due to the traffic noise the window could not be opened.

Conveneint for the tunnel and the Tesla charging points are an attraction. Staff, what few there were, seemed pretty friendly and helpful

The breakfast was not good. the Pastries were really dry and the coffee was not very good either. A bit disappointing

The situation was good.

I was in a “dog friendly” room with a carpet . It was dirty and sticky and the room and toilet had a dreadful smell .
