Pros +
- Love this vintage-style hotel! The renovated bathrooms are even better. This is my second stay, and what I love most is the excellent location and stunning view.
- The location with the Mont Blanc View is very nice. The lady at reception was extremely professional and attentive.
- Idyllic location, peaceful bit close to towns. Kids lived exploring and playing with the dogs.
Cons -
- The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which makes carrying luggage a bit tricky.
- The standard room is quite small but ok for one night only. The bathroom could do with some renovation, very old-fashioned. The lady at breakfast was unfriendly, also there were no additional plates available, one had to eat the egg from the same plate as the other items. Quite some waiting at the coffee/tea machine.
- Wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast, location
Bathroom outdated, very small WC, needs a little refurbishment There is a problem with wasp
We had a great week at this hotel - which was far from full as it was between skiing and walking seasons. The staff were universally excellent, they worked very hard for us and met every off request we had - and we had a few! It was a marvellous week and we were particularly glad that the hotel staff weren't overloaded with guests (that was good form us!).
We loved everything about our stay at Les Roches Fleuries, from the welcome we received at reception, to the Harry Potter themed room, the lovely restaurant (including the stunning view) and all the staff. It was an absolute joy! Thank you all so much.
I haave to book a room in this hotel, due to my husband broke his leg during the ski holiday and was sent to the nearby hospital. After I booked the room, I was told the hotel hasn't got a lift, and also no ground floor. I was told to get the full refund as I can't move in without a lift. But next day, the hotel changed their mind, no refund was given back, the reason is my booking is non refundable. I was been taken all the money. Probably it is my fault didn't check all the detail carefully before booking, but when a person is in desperate, it is natural you didn't read all the detail. It was a bad experience for that. I don't think it is reasonable. Not happy with the way they dealt with my case.
Location and view Quality of foodMost staff is very nice
Low ceiling bathrooms Persistant chloreum/ pool smell in the lobbyNo coffee in roomNo easy access to coffee at breakfast (one machine for the entire restaurant, everybody lining up like at the school cafeteria . Not very 4*) when i mentioned this to the receptionist she pretty much refused to listen and appreciate the inconvenienceOther staff member (Marie) was extremely helpful and nice in our late arrival and shipping us a forgotten sweater
Staff were friendly. Decent breakfast
Awful facilities and not clean.
Nice view from the room and even better from the restaurant! The hotel is not new, but we liked this rustic and authentic style with some modern details. An hour of SPA (private reservation) is really a good bonus. Overall the room was cousy!
We were located in the annex building, so it was not that convenient going to/from SPA.The brekfast is a bit too expensive and has NO any kind of vegetables (even not basic such as tomatos, cucumber etc.).
Lovely property, very alpine feeling, all the staff were absolutely wonderful, super friendly and welcoming, and we loved the gorgeous dog Lucky!! Breakfast was good as well, good selection although the same every day. We ate once in the restaurant for our evening meal which was also delicious. Lovely to have the spa area too and book it out privately. Overall we would recommend and we would stay again!
Nothing that we didn't like as such but some areas for improvement. I do agree with other reviews regarding the bathrooms, they're okay, functional and well sized, but ours was a little tired and there was some staining around the tiles and in the bath. We also found that the housekeeping was a bit irregular with the towel replenishment, and I noticed they never put the throw pillows back on the bed when making it. There is also no little extras like cotton buds of face pads. None of these things were a big deal for us and certainly wouldn't stop us coming back, but just these little improvements would help make the hotel feel extra special!
Fantastic location, breathtaking view; staff super friendly, breakfast was delicious with local products
The photos online made the room look much better than it was. The bedroom itself was ok, but the bathroom was really dated and run down. Yellow, stained tiling, hooks falling off the wall, toilet seat was cracked, bathtub and sink setup felt ancient - definitely not 4 star level. Also for that it’s called hotel and spa the spa part felt like an exaggeration as the hot tub was broken and all that was left was a sauna that you needed to privately reserve. We came with a little dog, and paid an extra charge for him, so it would have been super nice to have some bowls for his water and food in the room.
If you're looking for a hotel with a panoramic view on Mont Blanc, then this is the right place! However, note that Cordon is a bit outside the hot-spot of the area if that's what you're looking for.
Very poor Wi-Fi. Could barely load any internet page.
Too many short comings not properly addressed
Bad wifi, not always clean , light issues
Cozy , beautiful views
It said 7km from megeve when I booked it , but it was almost 15k from megeve around 30 mins drive in the mountains, the shuttle couldn’t pick us up from megeve at night so we had to wait long for a taxi to drop us back to the hotel at night .. there is no lobby , no phone in the room to call reception , the service was limited .. breakfast limited , no elevator our room was on the third floor ..

Staff wasn't very friendly
Room was cosy with a lovely view from the balcony. Nice pool with sun beds and umbrellas.
Sloping ceiling was awkward over the shower, no coffee machine in the room and no coffee, just a kettle and tea. I’m sure the food was great but excessively priced breakfast for a hotel! (44 euros for 2!)
Welcomming, helpfull and service minded staff. Who give the hotel a cosy, relaxed and warm atmosphere.Lovely room with the greatest view (Melody room). The fascilities and winemenu.
Nothing but the kids menu could have been a bit more child friendly.
The view was incredible. Truly stunning. the restaurant staff were particularly great. Very helpful, friendly and our meal was delicious. As we chose the tasting menu, we also got to connect with the chef, who could not have been more kind
Location and view. Spa was great! The room is okay.
service at dinner was horrible. wine arrived late, staff disorganized, long waiting and very specific menu for xmas evening.
