Good location, the city square is right near.

A bit old place, some sounds from water pipes, nothing really bad.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Convenient location for Sallanches town centre. English speaking staff.

Bad acoustic insulation. No lift. Generally speaking, the structure needs renovation.

We checked in very late so there wasn't any staff on reception, but they made check in smooth remotely, just called them on the phone. The place is very cozy, lot of beautiful small original things in interior design.

Small hotel very close to town center. Very friendly attention, I never ask but was clear the attention is by the owners. Breakfast is perfect, fresh prepared every day.

No hard critics here, maybe newer/bigger TVs could be one point.

The staff could not have been more helpful. Arriving late I was able to phone early for the door code. A welcoming note and the room key were on reception for me. Breakfast was good and served in the lovely restored dining room. I needed a taxi for my onward journey and my hostess spend at least 30 minutes trying to find one available. This was service with a smile plus, plus.

Nothing it was perfect.

Terrible soundproofing! Also the fact that the doors can’t be locked and anyone can enter your room anytime is completely unsafe and unacceptable. The last night a guy was screaming in the room next to me and I had to put the bed in front of the door in order to feel safe, since he could enter by just pulling the door knob.Additionally when I asked to change my room because of a noise that wouldn’t let me sleep, the guy at the reception was sarcastic and wouldn’t help me because I couldn’t speak French.

Easy to find and close to bars and eating places. Friendly hosts. Traditional decor. Comfy bed. Room clean.

No hair dryer but that’s a minor thing (or maybe I didn’t find it!) A little more choice for breakfast would have been nice - coffee, juice, croissant and bread. Hubby doesn’t eat bread so a bit disappointing. Would have been nice to have a yogurt or some fruit maybe, cheese? I would stay there again however.
