Really nice place, the parking outside is free, and our dog was welcome :)Very clean too.

The room was small and felt a bit cramped for 2 people.

Nice location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. In clear weather you can have a great view of the MontBlanc from few rooms and also from the front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and is nicely decorated. Unfortunately there was still a strong smell of paint in the room. Other than that everything was fine.

Simple hotel with basic facilities, but newly refurbished with clean (if small) rooms/ bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We have been twice this winter and it far outperformed our expectations. Staff friendly and helpful , aided by the hotel cat that has real personality/attitude!

For the price it would be unfair to find fault.

Such a great team, exceptional, flexible and always with a great smile. The ibis personnel was outstanding.

Some loud other customers and the typical ‘industrial’ scrambled eggs were a small minor.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was small but typical for such hotels. Kept clean every day. Nice location close to shopping and some restaurants. Good breakfast we were happy overall.

The room didn’t have a kettle for tea or coffee but staff was nice and offered to use the kitchen one so that wasn’t a problem.

We weren’t given a key card for the door because it was broken ? But they could only let us in with the staff key card. It was extremely inconvenient for us as a family of 4 sharing 2 rooms. There was a horrible smell of cigarettes in the rooms too.

Scruffy room, dirty and in need of refurbishment. €99 crazy.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful. As we were traveling to Italy it was perfect for overnight stay. Would recommend.

Convenient location and always nice and clean

Advertise of having a restaurant and bar, how can a French bar have no wine? Only one beer? With regard to the restaurant, we were offered KitKat KitKat snickers and M&Ms not much of an evening move.

Good location for Mont Blanc Tunnel if travelling. Easy to find and easy parking

Indifferent staff. No restaurant service since 2020. Terrible booking experience if you try and use the Accor website.The hotel is in need of a refresh.

Nothing to not like, it’s an IBIS and they are aka ways good value for money.
