Best Western Plus Pays du Mont Blanc

Amenities surprisingly available Pool small but not surprised Restaurant closed on arrival but breakfast excellent.

We had a fabulous view of mountains right from our bed. The pool and sauna were excellent amenities and the pool also had great views. The breakfast buffet had great variety, with eggs, beans, fresh bread and croissants, meat and cheese, yogurt and cereal. Our room was comfortable and offered coffee. Wifi was pretty good.

The location is difficult for those without a car. We had to call an Uber all the time to get to the train station.

The maître dee , I felt is not keen on people who don't have good French speaking skills !

Nice area surrounded by snowy mountains, staffs were nice and all spoke English fluently, swimming pool was small but enough for relaxing specially after skiing

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, very primitive and don’t worst the money. Next time i will go there but definitely without breakfast , the accommodation price is also slightly higher than other hotels in area. Not very close to ski resort

The hotel is located in a quiet area with a spectacular mountain view. The room was large and spacious, including the balcony. The reception staff was friendly, the restaurant food was delicious, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the room was warm.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. There was a strange smell in the room, dust next to the bed, and although the bed linen was clean, it had an old stain. The spa area, despite being advertised as open at 10 AM, was still cold and unprepared at 10:30 AM. The breakfast options were quite limited.

Well located for skiing different resorts in the area. Nice sized room. Good for car parking. Nice breakfast.

You will probably need to drive to town in the evening. Parking in town can be difficult but not impossible.

Really lovely location. Close to good skiing, if you have a car. We love the apartment and the pool was just what we needed each day at the end of skiing at Le Saisies. It was nice and clean, the staff were great. As were the views.

Some of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans were showing their age, but that’s to be expected.

This is a nice hotel. There is parking out front with security cameras (I was told). We stayed in the separate building behind the car park. The entrance smelled of chlorine as the pool is in the building but the room was fine. We had amazing views of the mountains from our room which was nice and a window that opened. We also had a fridge in the room. It's on a busy road but we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was very good.

The room was really cosy, liked the design - chalet style, it was exactly what I was searching for. The bed was comfortable, room had good heating and also the bathroom was new, probably quite recently decorated. There were 2 buildings, we stayed in the one with the reception and restaurant, cannot say if the other one has the same conditions.So all in all, loved the conditions. Then I appreciated the attention of having a wine gifted with a personal dedicated note, really nice and thoughtful! The food at the restaurant was really delicious, we had the new year’s dinner and it was excellent! The breakfast was good as well. The staff was friendly and considerate. Definitely recommend it for a winter vacation stay!

Nothing upsetting for us but would mention that they had a heated pool and sauna, but unfortunately the sauna was broken and the pool was outside, covered but not like in a proper room so was freezing cold and this is not something I I personally enjoy. The breakfast could also have had more variety than it did. Also, staff’s communication on the our booking’s breakfast option and its pricing should be more proactive and transparent.

Room was cold as the heating was off. They should turn it ON before guests arrive as it takes too long to warm up. The second day the room was still cold

The room was clean and tide, the bed mattress was amazing and I had one of the best sleeps ever. The view from our was amazing as you could see the snowy mountains

Nice and clean rooms with a swimming pool / sauna for use. Very convenient location in Sallanches with c. 5 mins drive to the town centre

No one seems to pick up the phone at reception. Sauna was switched off on few days and there was a note to call the reception to switch it on, but all attempts were in vain

the restaurant had a very good food, the best I ate since eating in Bocuse's restaurant 15 years ago. Congratulations for the chef.

Located by the road, some noise can be expected.

The location was really nice, the whole property is in a quiet location with a mountain view. The bed was divine! The room was quite small but beautiful decorated. Bathroom was great. I loved the shower gel/shampoo. Free parking in front of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose the place.

The fact that we got a room with a small window and not one with a balcony, although they had availability. The price pretty high.

We received a friendly welcome from the receptionist & all of the staff. We were given a nicecroom upgrade too. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Ours was an overnight stop. Wish we could have stayed longer. We opted for breakfast & these was an excellent choice. All fresh & well presented. Although misty we could see the stunning views from our room & breakfast.

Shower tray was slow to drain. Really minor point though overaĺl.
