Pros +
- Very friendly staff at hotel restaurant/cafe.
- Very poor
- The reception lady was very friendly. The breakfast was good enough with that price. Being pet friendly was the best option ever. I will say it's a little far from the center but easily accessible with public transport.
Cons -
- Hotel rooms, or at least my room was outdated. Bathroom door could not be closed at all. Room itself was not clean when we arrived. My room was not a quiet place with noises coming from other rooms and hotel kitchen till late in night.
- All I can say is “disaster”Very dirty room, with torn pillowcases, shower cubicles full of limescale, very noisy doors, very dirty windows. When we entered the room it smelled terribly of chlorine, which is why we had to stand outside for about 4 hours to air it out. Air conditioning not working. Not even worth one star. Avoid this place
- The major issue that it’s not clean. I mean it’s dirty and they seems to be don’t care about it. Mold in the bathroom and hair on the desk. Additionally, you basically hear everything what is going on in the corridor, it’s very loud and I woke up at 8 am because of the noise (or even earlier). Plus, they charged city tax, even though it was not mentioned in booking. And they have weird check-in hours (from 17.30 on weekdays and for weekends it’s even worse).

Wonderful Hotel, it is situated near a very big Shopping centre! The staff is very friendly. The room was excellent, very comfortable. The breakfast was included. We have excellent impressions and advise this hotel.
Staff is really friendly.I would say that it was good in terms of safety.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good price, coffee for breakfast
Mold
Disappointing
Shower covered with mold, for "restaurant" closinng kitchen before 9pm is ridiculous. No sound insulation. Double bed is simply two double beds, so you can sleep only on one of them. Breakfast - for hotel-restaurant serving croissant, yogurt and coffee for breakfast is a shame.
The room was spacious and warm.
I was charged extra money even though I was informed at booking that all taxes and fees were included.Bathroom cleaning could be more thorough.
perfect option if you are travelling for 1-2 nights in personal business to this are of Milan suburbans. Quiet place at night, dinner is great if you have no intention to walk outside when arrived after long trip. Room is clean, high ceiling, bathroom is small but has everything for comfort. Personnel is friendly and ready to help.
Price is decent for what’s offered
Noise, its restaurant club but not exactly the hotel. Can’t sleep before serious meeting
Excellent location for the motorway. Clean and comfortable
Furniture to large for room (door couldn't open properly because bedside table was in the way). Nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom. Not enough sockets. Noisy entrance door to building. Very limited breakfast croissants, packs of toast and biscuits

Close to metro that goes straight into Milan, very clean and nice staff
Decent basic room for a fair price. Location is a bit far from centre of Milan but well accessible 24/7 by public transport.
The hotel organizes some kind of a live retro disco for the locals each Saturday (which was the first day of my stay). It is held in its restaurant which is exactly one paper thin wall away from the room I stayed in. The disco is very, very, very noisy and it ends at 1AM in the night, apparently with no exceptions! It is completely impossible to sleep in this noise even with earplugs, the noise is so intense that it feels like trying to sleep right on the dance floor (which is like 5 meters from one's head anyway). Upon complaining, the staff only repeated "sorry, sorry" but refused to end the disco (I went to complain at midnight!) or at least turn the volume down. This is just disrespectful to the hotel guests paying for a place to SLEEP and the owner should choose if to earn money on the disco or on providing hotel services - the building is not suitable for both at the same time.Consider staying here on Saturday only if you are completely deaf or a hardcore ABBA fan willing to party with other oldtimers until 1AM - otherwise, I can promise you won't like this experience.

The place is really clean and the lady from the reception is really nice and welcoming. Location is not good, but you can easily take a tram to go to the city center.
We asked for a double bed as a couple but they put us in a bed with two single beds put together. Not very comfortable to sleep. The shower box is really really small, so it gets difficult to have a proper shower. The breakfast is poor, only some toasts with coffe and a croissant. Not worth it, very limited and you have to order directly with the lady from the reception.
not to recommend for the price you pay
the whole room had stains all over the walls. and it was infested with ants. really basic and bad breakfast.
