Pros +
- We will not stay here...
- It’s a three star hotel and ticked all what three stars hotel should tick + very good service and extra cheap.
- Nothing to like except in property parking space.
Cons -
- The corridors were dirty, very old carpets worn out. Beds are very old, one was broken, plastic garden chair in the room as a desk chair. Outdated and in need of some serious renovation. No dinning facilities, breakfast was edible but coffee from the machine is awful. Overall i would not suggest anyone stays there, even if the price seems competitive.
- Terrible smell in the hallway and rooms, dirty walls and mold in bathroom made it terrible traveling with a child
- There was some noise from the street during the night, but that's to be expected given the location.A word of warning- we arrived in the rush-hour and out satnav took us round the back streets and although we were actually quite close we couldn't identify the hotel at first.

It's fine for a short stay. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and t0he breakfast was very good. There is on-site parking. There's are bar and a couple of restaurants in easy walking distance.

Good for a quick stop and go by night.
Very old facilities. Breakfast included but a little poor.
Staff very friendly and helpful.I wouldn't consider it a three stars hotel, more like a good two stars. Our family room was really very spacious. There is a very good pizzeria nearby.Free parking and also no fees for our dog.If you're on a tight budget, this is a good option.
Very outdated furniture and bed covers, small bathroom with shower floor ruined and shower head covered in limescale. Some renovations are necessary (like a fresh layer of paint) and would make the rating go way up. This is a bad area of Milan, and theft or damage to your parked car can't be excluded. There is however always someone at the reception and they do keep an eye on the vehicles at night.
Free parking and staff was helpfull.
Poor breakfast, hotel from the 50th. Bathroom need a remont and the tap is 60 years old. When you open the toilette tap, all the building shaking.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, good receptionParking availableBreakfast is totally ok, but don't wait too muchAir conditioning was very efficient, which was important for our visit at 37 degrees Celcius outside
It is very clean, the rom was very spacious and the staff were accommodating.
The size of the bathroom.
The staff was nice, the breakfast was good and it was near Unipol Forum that we wanted to go. It was also very clean and quiet.
There wasn’t something I didn’t like. It was a decent hotel, quite well connected to the center of Milan and near the Unipol Forum.
It was not more or less from what I’ve expected. The room was big and fairly clean, the breakfast is ok.
Due to the late hours of my checking in the gate of the hotel was already closed, it is hard to understand where’s the entrance, it was tiering to find it at night.

Breakfast was not edible, neither the coffeeSpider web in the corner in the roomThe closet couldn't be used( bad smell)
The building should be renovated in general. Old dirty carpet in the corridor, bad/ dusty smell everywhere

Close proximity to motorway Breakfast adequate
Greatly in need of upgrading /updating Not at all inviting from the outside
Nice coffee and breakfast, clean room - and nice people working hier.
Old building
Nice coffee and breakfast, clean...
Old building
Stuff and it was clean.
Bus was going on every 30min, hotel was okay but it just old. You can see by design and room elements.
Breakfast was excellent, room was good although it could do with a modern update. Shower door was antique and decor very masculine. I have stayed here for the second time and in both occasions I found the staff incredibly helpful. As an older woman travelling alone and with not much Italian I found the staff really helpful.
Actually I can't think of anything. It provided all the services I needed. I even found an extra blanket because I was cold.
Easy off the motorway and sleeps all of us Great pizza place near by
