Everything is perfect and good facilities and the reception lady is very perfect MUST RECOMMEND Near to city centre and bus station

Very close to the tram station. With one tram you can reach the downtown area.Friendly staff.There is an Aldi right in front of the hotel.

Amazing staff with warm smile to welcome and very helping with all the needs. Location is stunning right in city centre. Rooms were clean and right as shows in pictures.

A bit weak isolation that you can noise from top floor rooms or neighbor rooms. Unluckily someone walked past smoking from the lobby causing weird smell in lobby but that was temporary.

it was very outmoded hotel, which is from 80s or 90s..needs really a renovation asap..I dont like it to stay there, no go anymore there.

The only thing good about the hotel was the restorant area.

The room i was put in was very bad. Old sheets, old towels, dusty bathroom and very unconfortuble sleepping bed and small size.

Parking place, comfortable room.

Price for 3 nights 650 € for one person - for this hotel is too much. Old towels.It was not possible to cancel one night due to the flight rescheduling - three days earlier.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly at the reception and also during breakfast. We got nice advice over restaurants. There is a pub serving German food just in front of the hotel. During breakfast coffee was freshly made and I got a whole coffee pot for myself! The room was large!

We really enjoyed our stay, so hier not that much to mention. Car park was a bit busy when we arrived though we managed thanks to the help of the staff. There were some construction works and we didn't see immediately that there is an extra space for car at the other side of the hotel.

Excellent location, a short walk to the market place. The friendly helpful staff offering a warm welcome and local directions and advice. The room, although a bit dated was clean, warm and the shower worked well with hot water available even later in the evening after returning from a VERY cold walk outside. I asked for a kettle for my room and an extra pillow and these were provided promptly with no issue. Overall great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

I would have preferred to make tea or coffee in my room but these were available in the reception area for a small charge.

This is my 3rd time staying here.Very convenient location, very friendly staff, high quality breakfast, comfortable and clean room, fast and stable Internet connection. Perfect as always.

Early settlement. We arrived at 11.00 and thought we would just leave our things and take a walk. But we were settled at 11! It was very nice! Especially with a small child!

It would be great to change the shower cubicle. Doors don't close well. Everything else is adequate.

The lady at the reception and the man at breakfast were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was sufficient. Although far from Dusseldorf it was a 30 min travel with the underground from the center to Ratingen and a 2 min walk from the last stop to the hotel.

Our room was plain and small, look bigger on photos, twin beds narrow, no mini bar, a mirror would have been nice over the desk, TV remote control was missing, entrance lamps not working, housekeeping should check these things. Rooms and the hotel in general really need updating! Charging euro 320 per night is really steep!

Front desk was outstanding. Breakfast young girl the same! I had room 20 which opens into a shared terrace ( the reason I booked that room) and it was spotless clean and comfortable. WiFi was not great in my room but still functional. I will always book this hotel when flying from Dusseldorf. Besides the fact that they accept dogs as written in the hotel description hopefully there was no bad smell in the room, corridor or terrace like it happens in other hotels accepting pets. I thank the hotel for the hospitality!

Machines in the lobby should take card and give receipts so people on business travel to be able to get back their expenses.

Very convenient location next to Ratingen city centre and Ratingen Mitte Bus/Tram station. Very friendly staff. Room is clean, quiet, comfortable and equipped with Air Conditioning. Good quality breakfast. This nice hotel feels like home!

The room was quite and clean. The breakfast was very good. You can get fresh squeezed orange juice and fried eggs or omelet. The public transportation is located almost across the street.

The beds were good, wonderful room, good breakfast, with airconditioning and free parking. Really good hotel to stay on your way travelling.

The hotel is located centrally and right next to the tram station and taxi station. The hotel is basic but provide everything one needs. Breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. It is already the 3rd time that I booked this hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I had forgotten to check that there would be tea/coffe making facilities in the room. It would sore higher if there had been. The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Good location near the centre of Ratigen. Breakfast buffet was good.
