Beds were good.

Location was very bad especially for people without the car.

BAD EXPERIENCE

TO THE MANAGEMNT OF B&B Hotels;I would like to share my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your staff members (a lady with short blonde hair - age of 60's) during my recent stay.Around 09:59 AM, just before the breakfast buffet closed, I requested some water to take my medicine. Unfortunately, the staff member refused to provide any and immediately closed the bar with an unpleasant attitude. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional.Throughout our 5-night stay for which we paid over $1,000 , this particular person consistently showed poor attitude and lack of hospitality. It appears she handles multiple roles (reception, cleaning, breakfast, and room service), but her behavior left a very negative impression.In contrast, the other staff members were very polite and respectful, and we truly appreciated their service. However, this one experience overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of our stay.I strongly recommend reviewing her conduct, as such treatment does not reflect the standards expected from this hotel.

The check-in procedure was extremely slow. Either the computer was not functioning well, or the man at the desk needs more training.He was obviously a bit overwhelmed with the tasks,and didn't have that "welcome, what can I do for you" attitudeof professional hotel greeters or chek-in personnel

Everything was crisp and clean and fresh smelling. The beds and pillows were very confortable for a good night sleep. Very easy to check în late.For us parking space was a big plus.

Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom, efficient light-blocking curtains.

Zero encounters with a member of staff. Not a single soul during my stay. Reception was closed so nobody was present for check-in. The check-in had to be done through a machine outside the building, but this was unsuccessful with several different error messages displayed for the small crowd of strays that had gathered at this point, depending on who was trying to check-in. The phone number provided led to a recorded message explaining the obvious (that nobody was at reception), and the emergency number on the door went to voicemail. For checkout, a note instructed to just walk away. So off I went, not even a hallo nor a tchüss. Long gone is the era of a kind welcome (or any welcome to be fair), the future is now and its machine-operated and unmanned.

It has all the essentials, including a very nice breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean!

Breakfast room was very cold. No personal staff, no light music, everything digital without a human contact.

NO KITCHEN FACILITIES OR COFFEE AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM. THE BREAKFAST BOOKING WAS ALSO FOR LIMITED PEOPLE DEPENDING ON THE STOCK THEY ORDERED

It was good value for what you get. Lots of parking spots. Clean bed and bathroom.

Quite difficult in communication, good thing we checked our email and booking app regularly. They asked for documents (because of Covid) ahead of arrival because check in is through a machine. If you miss that email and assume you can arrive there and just check in, you will be faced with closed door and no reception. Luckily we saw this question on time. The next morning it was not clear how to check out, called but the lady on the phone doesnt seem to know either.
