No where to have a coffee or something to eatin the morning, the parking is not easy to find.

A good location in a quiet neighbourhood to easily access Düsseldorf. The few staff that were present were trying to be helpful.

For the size of this hotel there should be twice the staff number. The parking was full, so I had to park on the street. At the end, by mistake, they tried to charge me for four days parking which they corrected. The room was only cleaned once after multiple requests. This is an issue since we are travelling with a baby. The breakfast area was always full and we had to fit the stroller in tight spaces. The spa/gym is minimal. It tightly fits a bicycle and two more organs. I have never seen such minimal equipment which is bizarre for a hotel with so much space! The sauna we requested three times before we could reserve. This is normal since it fits only four people. There is only one lift for a large establishment like this.

The room was very beautiful and extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location was welcoming, and the staff were very helpful and kind. The young man at the bar was especially friendly, helpful, and exceptionally kind.

Extremely warm in the room (even after we turned down all heating), breakfast seating was a bit chaotic (tables too close to each other), bkfst could be presented in a nicer way

We chose this hotel primarily because of its spa facilities. Before our arrival, we called the hotel to confirm the spa’s opening hours and were informed that it was open 24 hours a day, with the only requirement being to notify the reception 30 minutes in advance. However, upon arrival, when we informed the reception that we wished to use the sauna, we were told that it is only open from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. As a result, the main reason for our booking was unavailable, which the receptionist described as a “miscommunication.”Additionally, the condition of the bathroom in our room was disappointing. The shower appeared poorly maintained, the water pressure was very weak, and the handheld showerhead was covered in limescale buildup.

Glutenfree buns and bread were provided at breakfast! Cosy bar.

No coffee/tea/water in the room

Excellent front reception service, especially from the lady that worked the front desk weekdays in the morning she was very helpful in translating and helping me find my way around, she was exceptional with her customer service. Breakfast was excellent also

No fridge in the rooms or tea and coffee making facility in the rooms, sometimes when you are working in the room it is good to have tea and coffee making implements.

Upon my request for extra pillows, they promptly provided me with the necessary items, greatly improving my sleep quality over the following two nights.

There is no refrigerator in my room, which proved to be quite inconvenient as I had to request the hotel to refrigerate my food. I found myself purchasing water frequently during my stay, as I particularly enjoyed the infused water in the lounge. I decided to bring a bottle to take some water back to my room, but was unexpectedly confronted in the hallway. Despite their attempts to embarrass me by questioning my actions, I calmly explained that I simply wanted to take some water. They insisted that the water was reserved for guests, to which I replied that I was indeed a guest. After inquiring about my room number, they realized that I had paid for my stay but not for the water. Perplexed, I asked for clarification on why I couldn't take the water, only to be informed that it was against their policy to use my own bottle in the lounge.There was an issue with the bathroom resulting in significant water damage on the floor. I felt uneasy allowing strangers into my room to fix their own problem without receiving an apology for the inconvenience. They just act like it is not a big deal. Additionally, the gym was smaller than anticipated with only three devices.

Beds were comfortable and room was sort of spacious considering the displacement. Bathroom was clean and curtains were really dark, allowing for sleep during the day. Breakfast was basic, not enough variety considering the price - but still sufficient.AC in the room was working.Staff was really nice and was speaking English sufficiently well.There was Bible and Book of Mormon provided, which helped me while praying for quiet morning without drilling sounds.

At first this hotel looked really nice, but after staying there a couple days, I was completely disappointed (especially when I consider it has 4 stars).When you opened the door, you could directly see into shower, which was weirdly placed technically in the middle of the room. Room had no facilities like kettle, safe or other common things. First 2 days of our stay we were woken up by drilling, there was some sort of renovation underway, which we were not informed about. Room was clean on the surface, but when I looked under the bedside shelf when I dropped something it was obvious the space leading behind bed was not cleaned for at least a year.I contacted the hotel 2 weeks ahead of stay, if they were able to confirm if we will have 2 single beds instead of 1 large bed for married couples. They confirmed that we will have separate beds, but when we arrived they gave us bed for married couples anyway - so they literally lied to us. The toilet had no fan or ventilation, doors on toilet were not lockable. If you had "bad lunch" the smell from toilet was going through the whole room.Room was equipped with only one electrical appliance - the TV - which had only German channels and few English ones. If you wanted to watch something else, it was not possible, since Wi-Fi speed was atrocious.

there is no coffee tea facilities also there is no bottle of water as a complimentary all 4 star hotels those are standard.

The staff are amazing and the breakfast was great.

Could have done with some more bedsheets, it was cold! The WiFi does not work from your room, only the lobby.
