TIBET HOTEL am Airport Düsseldorf-Ratingen

Great location, and free parking was a big plus. Hotel facilities are amazing and enjoyed their breakfast. Amazing.

Very spacious room, free Haribos, modern bathroom with bright illumination, friendly stuff. The breakfast is very abundant of choices, I will definitely come again.

Room size Ukrainian reception girl very helpful

Location far from city

Clean, nice employees, comfortable bed

Location is quite good to reach out groceries, the airport. Car parking facilities and breakfast are good to stay.

Clean hotel, we'll maintained, great breakfast included, and friendly staff.

The bed is just OK. Seems supportive and fairly new mattress.. But not a bed that was comfortable to me and my back was sore in the morning.

Nice rooms, clean

Bed a little squeaky, noise from the street because my room was directed to the street

Location and price

Staff are extremely impolite and don't know how to deal with guests. The offer free drinks but they try to make you buy their dinner. No obvious signs for anything. It's like a catch. There was a fridge which is appearntly they mentioned it's private but no where to see that.

The staff were truly outstanding — incredibly helpful, warm, patient, and polite, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. They supported me every time I needed assistance, even with my high demands. A special thank you to the wonderful young woman working at the reception — she was exceptional and truly made a difference in my experience.I also appreciated the well-maintained environment around the hotel, the complimentary drinks, and the free car parking — these thoughtful touches elevated my experience to a strong 8 out of 10.

Please do not take this as criticism, but rather as friendly suggestions to help elevate the guest experience even further with relatively low costs. The breakfast sausages were, unfortunately, quite disappointing — I would highly recommend considering a change.Additionally, I would suggest repositioning the door brake closer to the door itself, as its current location near the main wardrobe caused an unpleasant experience when accidentally hitting it with bare feet. For future improvements, I would also recommend changing the mattress to a firmer one, and providing firmer and slightly smaller pillows. As a taller person, I found the bed a bit short, but I understand that adjusting bed sizes would require a more significant investment — changing the mattress and pillows alone would already greatly improve comfort.Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and with a few small updates, it could become even more exceptional!

It was very clean, with enough parking space, with full breakfast.

One of the best place for staying everything is perfect neat and clean specially peaceful environment and friendly staff.

Staff was good

Actually there was nothing anything i trusted. When I checked in and went to the room suddenly window felt down which was very Dangerous.really god save me from this accident. It was so dangerous.

Very clean and modern. Perfect location and sound isolated room

Breakfast small, but enough. Good coffee. Great value for money

The pillows are too big. Sound insulation is not very good.

Fantastic hotel ? all the staff we met were especially helpful, definitely stay again.Great rooms, well laid out, safe for valuables & a kettle too! windows open for real fresh air, tall remote fan for hotter days. Bed comfy large single with mattress topper. Best shower with lots of different settings.Mini fridge great for keeping my overnight shopping cold.( Checked out their budget rooms with shared bathrooms…..the female ones were very clean & well kept directly near the rooms. )Parking is FREE, very much appreciated.Whole area is well lit & covered by cctv.Has wide, long bays our camper van fitted fine.Hot & cold buffet breakfast from 6:30am is included in the price.

Nothing…..everything has been provided.I didn’t notice any EV charge points, I’d like this if travelling in my i3…..but I can easily find elsewhere, it wouldn’t stop me from booking!

Staff (reception, restaurant and housekeeping) is so lovely and friendly, wonderful people. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Free parking, security cameras. Breakfast included. Shower gel, shampoo, tooth brush & paste, coffee, tea, bottled water in the room. Great all you can eat - lunch offer, 10€ only, including softdrinks, tea, coffee and cake. Clean, open kitchen. Nice outside area with palms, garden lights, trees & benches, for smokers for example.

lovely personal, big room

At the first day we didn't know how the shower worked, it's a very modern shower...

Noisy and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was so so.

State is ok. Value for money.

The pillow was way to hard and much to high with alternative. Also it had a bad smell.

Pretty new conditions of room and premisesGenerous welcome kit (water, candies, coffee, soaps, disinfecting tissue, dental care and beauty kits)Welcoming and tidy common areas especially breakfast hallEasily reachable location with enough parkingGood breakfast assortment

strong smell in the bathroom in the morning perhaps coming out of the shower or sink. I guess I was unlucky and due to ground floor.Desks were not dusted well
