Shuttle was easily accessible.

The staff was not helpful with the requests that I made.

The room required immediate maintenance upon check-in, and after being moved to a different room, that one also had issues needing attention. Lighting throughout was inadequate, making the room feel dim and uncomfortable.Breakfast was disappointing — the food didn't appear fresh, and the yogurt was noticeably sour.Be aware that the shuttle service only runs from the hotel, not to it, so you'll need to arrange your own transport to get there. The nearest bus stop to the airport is a 5–7 minute walk away, which is a reasonable alternative. The surrounding area offers very little — the closest supermarket is roughly a 15-minute walk, so plan accordingly if you need supplies.

Big rooms, nice bed

Poor lighting in room is really annoying, very loud heating but cold room, staff in eating area are bit stressful. Paid for room online, then realized that breakfast was not included and I was asked to pay for it immediately, not on check out.. and It was late, I has long day, was tired as dog, dreaming about the bed. Are they assuming guests sneaking out after breakfast, driving through Schlagbaums to run away without paying 15-30€?

The location was hard to reach by public transport from the airport with a baby and stroller, the service was mediocre, the staff misbooked our time for airport transfer so we had to wait another 30 min at 4 in the morning. Also there is no elevator and they gave us a room on the third floor which we could not reach with 4 luggage’s and a baby

Great location just 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was very nice and enjoyable.

The room has poor soundproofing; every movement in the hallway is noticeable inside the room

Staff was very nice. Sanchez was the best one. Sauna was great. Beds was very comfortable and wide. Room was quite big. Safe private parking. Free coffee till 3pm.

The smell in bathroom was terrible. It was cleaned each day, but still it smelled badly.

The carpet under the bed was very dirty. Rooms need a renovation, but they are still fine. Pillows seem to be very old.

Nothing actually, what was there to like? No tea bags, just coffee, rooms without a working heating system, and smelly rooms. In all my years of travelling this is the worst 4-star hotel I ever been

I had to change the room 3 times. The first room was right at the stairs which is generally very nice because of people going up and down the stairs. I was assigned a second room, which was cold and malfunction of the heating system. The staff brought a portable heater and proposed to change the room. I accept the offer but the third room was smelly like a dead wet animal was in the room. I didn't have the energy to complain again but I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I had the feeling that the reception is looking who they assign bad rooms to based on personal preferences.

Very comfortable and big bed and pillows. Also quiet hotel we had a good night sleep here. The spa part is a plus too.

The location. I thought it is closer to the airport.

We had a very pleasant stay at Leonardo Hotel Düsseldorf Airport – Ratingen. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, yet the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the room had plenty of space.The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The hotel is a great option for business trips or short stays near Düsseldorf. We would happily stay here again and can definitely recommend it.

A big hotel with many services: pool, gym, sauna, outdoor areas, good restaurant with a good atmosphere.Taking into account is near the airport is a very good choice

The location for the airport and shuttle bus were great. The hotel and room were clean, and the beds were very comfortable, the room was large and modern, very nice hotel. Staff on reception were polite and helpful. Well stocked food and drink in reception to purchase. When contacting the hotel, they were prompt to reply

The older lady in the bar/restaurant was rude and abrupt.
