Friends Hotel Düsseldorf-Airport Ratingen

A basic hotel and everything worked fine. Restaurant in hotel serves great dinner. Free parking on the street. 10 minutes drive to Dusseldorf Airport.

LocationCleanStaff

Room to warm

Easy parking, near restaurants and good accomodations, the Bar was good too

Very good

Stuff wasn’t helpful at all. I came tired from driving and she was like why did you came and woke me up. No nice words at all

Ideally located. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast

very comfortable beds, everything very clean, nice staff!

location is pretty far from everything but we already knew that, there are also not many shops or other restaurants nearby

The hotel offers decent value for money, it is located conveniently near the highway and the airport and the staff is friendly. Everything is clean.

It looks outdated and feels like a 3 star hotel at best.

Easy access location, Staff was good and helpful.

I booked two double rooms for total of 4 adults. But the room which we got is prepared for one person stay. Because each room had one pillow only and Duvet size is also for one person only.

Close to the airport. Food served until 10pm, secure parking. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

The menu could be a little more varied .Pillow was a bit too high for my liking but it wasn't so bad that I could not sleep.

Apartment was clean and bathroom was surprisingly large and well-maintained. Public transport is easy accessible.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, would stay again. No kettle in the room but seems to be a thing in Germany.

The location for our group in Germany to watch the football was a bit far out of the centre and the party life. This is not a slight on the hotel just inconvenient for our needs.

I happened to be a little far from Dortmund after watching my favorite team ALBANIA, but the price was several times cheaper

Cleanliness. Staff friendly and helpful

Too far from Airport

room is nice, big and clean. corridor stunk. staff very friendly and helpful.

more fresh air in the corridor

This is a large hotel in the business area of Ratingen close to the Düsseldorf airport. Plane noise was to be expected but was not disturbing. Friendly staff. I asked for a change of room as the first room had a foul smell. The change was not issue. Comfortable bed. Correct, but not spectacular breakfast buffet. Parking next to the hotel or in the undergroud parking.

The hotel is quite outdated and could you a serious upgrade. The general atmosphere is dark, a little depressing. No air conditioning. OK for one night, but not ideal for tourism.

Good spacious room in a quiet location and very clean

Late night access to property via transport links due to location is the only issue

Was ok and room service food quality was really good

Way to experience for what it was. I wouldn’t class it as a airport hotel when it’s an 50 minute walk away or bus

Great staff, very clean

Sauna/spa not working No tea/coffee in the room

Reception & bar staff excellant.

Only one pillow. Mattress hard.

Nice hotell in very quiet neighborhood.Close to Düsseldorf airport,7-8 min by bus.Room was big enough, bed comfortable.Bathroom also big.I would like to return in future
