We went to work at the Essen fair, so the expectations were not high.Good breakfast.Helpful staff.
A few small detalių that spoil the stay. For example, the carpet in the corridor is terrible - the walls are repainted and there are paint stains on the floor. I hope we hit it at the wrong time and the carpet will be replaced in the near future, that's the only way to justify it.Parking is paid and it's not worth the price because the hotel is in a rural area, and staying without a car is inconvenient. At a distance of 1 km, there is no catering establishment except the hotel restaurant itself.A year ago we stayed in the neighboring village at the Mercury Hotel, a much better experience there.
Very friendly staff, especially at the breakfast. It was a pleasure and entertaining.
1. I had a lot of small green bugs in my room (on the floor, on the walls and under the bed, but they were not biting me. 2. The location is far away from the airport.
There was everything you need inkl. a good restaurant. Very polite staff in the restaurant!
The hotel was somehow renovated, but not with full heart.
Clean quiet big room
The AirPort shuttle was a bit expensive so i drove myself to the airport and back
It was simply bad
It was difficult to reach the hotel Furniture was too old no fridge in the room and the carpet was too dirty no WiFi
Price / locationComfortable room
Charging electric car, according to website on Booking and Mecure this was possible, indeed there was a charger, but reception could not give any information how to start it, nor could they give any info about cost. "it is not ours", "know nothing about it" "can not help you".
Nice clean quiet hotel near the airport. Better if you are driving with your own car or renting a taxi.
It was the hottest day of the air and there was no AC running. Falling asleep was a real struggle.
Reasonable hotel with average service and rooms, but misleading name.
You CANNOT include "Düsseldorf Airport" in the name of a hotel that is a 40 Euro taxi journey away from the airport.
We make a late booking and it take a times to reach the hotel, however since it's already passed midnight the staff is kind enough to let us check in first so that we can have our rest.
Nothing!!!!!
Somewhere in nowhere, very crowded and noisy, hallway very dirty, like a cheap hostel. It is not a 4-star hotel (I don't know why booking.com classifies it as a 4-star hotel).Price of 4-Star hotel, but quality of 1 star hostel.18 € for a breakfast, e.g. only some bread and cheese, and nothing more!!!!
Clean and spacious rooms, with what appear to be renovated showers, private parking available on site, affordable price even during the time of an ongoing large event in a nearby town.
Restaurant closed on Sunday. WiFi super slow in the room.
free parking spaces, clean room, friendly staff
location a bit out of the way

I was positively surprised at the quality of the room, bathroom, coffee-making facility, kindness of staff.
I felt ridiculed when having searched for an airport hotel due to an unplanned and undesired overnight stay, due to a cancelled flight home. What on the map connected to the hotel made it look like the taxi-ride would be less than 5 minutes took 15-20 minutes and cost €40. It was REALLY misleading information and hotel name: so far away from the airport???The internet was there, free, worked, but very weak.
It's good place to stay and clean, the reception guys were friendly and helpful only thing remains the room refrigerator
Staff is kind and smiling!
Mini fridge was taken down, the light was to poor, and it smelled like smoking in the room
I stay here everytime when I go in Dusseldorf area.Nice staff, quiet, big parking
Everything ok everytime, but this time they have a problem with warm water, it was missing!I take shower with a very cold water, not so funny.
