Hotel is superbly located. Restaurant is great and staff superb.

Hotel is being refurbished so a few small snags in the room. Looking forward to when all works completed. So far really good

Centrally located for trains and buses and a nice village.

We were there to enjoy the euros but unfortunately on other matchdays the bar never opened at night, it's such a waste as its a lovely bar but they said they were tired and to watch in our rooms.

I travelled for the Euros and this was a great find. Jean and the staff were brill and very friendly. The breakfast is continental and a plenty. There is a regular bus service outside the door to Werd Weiss the train station to town plus there is a 11th century abbey half a mile away costs 2 euros to enter and see a fab church and monastery. All a g8 time

Nothing just be careful the last bus home is 23:00pm and not many taxis around

We stayed one night in this hotel after watching one of the EURO24 football games. 10min away from the Koln stadium which was perfect! The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff was nice. There’s also free parking available.

Bathroom was a bit old but functional. Breakfast was basic (bread, jam, ham cheese, yogurt) but decent.

Beautiful quaint surroundings a ni e little town excellent transport links bus stop right outside location. Staff try to helpful.

Got there Monday bar not open but restaurant hours are 5pm till 10pm

Very friendly as accommodating staff, would like to visit again, if business brings me in that direction.I especially liked the restaurant part, it was decorated in a homely if rugged way.

Quiet, location was fine for my needs. Friendly owners and staff. Efficient.

The bed and towels were good but the rest of the room could have been cleaner.

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. All wishes - changing a room at arrival, getting a water boiler, an extra espresso for breakfast, or a yummy fried rice just when the restaurant was about to close - every wish was fulfilled with an open attitude.

A bit awkward shape of the bathroom with a slanted roof and the door too large making it not easy to enter :-)…

Nice staff, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast buffet. Location was a short drive to Cologne, just what we were looking for.

Very little choice at breakfast, possibly the worst we had on our travels .

The owners has recently changed and were friendly and welcoming. The room was large, bright and airy. The bed was comfortable and the room cleaned daily. Secure off road parking and plenty of space. Breakfast was buffet style and varied. We had a meal there on the first night and it was delicious and really good value. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable.

Only one thing. The ensuite toilet was very close to the wall. We are not very tall, however had we been any larger, we wouldn't have fit in!
