Art & Hotel Treviolo

No tea or coffee was offered

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY TASTYTHE ROOM WAS CLEANCONVENIENT LOCATION

THE ROOM WAS FREEZING COLD!!

Disappointing, outdated room and shower not properly maintained, reasonable breakfast

Pleasant staff, quick check-in and check-out

It has a convenient location and friendly staff, the breakfast is quite good.

Quite old, I would have liked cleaner room, and loud and not very effective a/c

Rooms were good. Staff were helpful.

Many reviews raved about the breakfast, which was fine, but had very few options for gluten-intolerant people.

Just 15 min from BGY airport. Near the highways. Quiet

Old beds, hard pillows, parking is busy with buses and trucks

It is a good hotel, somehow old one, but it has everything you need the day before airport. Hot water, Wi-Fi, warm room, quite, good restaurants in the area to go with car, very spacious and safe parking, all set is excellent for travelers.

We arrived late at night for a brief stay before catching an early flight. The staff at reception was very helpful. I liked the hotel's vibe and bar and the room was very comfortable, clean and even cozy. Amazing value for the money. The experience overall was nice and I would definitely return when I need a place to stay close to Bergamo.

Nice location, clean and the staff is great.

Old furniture, the AC is noisy and maybe needs replacing.

Everything was clean and nice. We were satisfied with the room.

The bed mattress was stiff. We prefer it to be softer.

Poor

insects, cleanliness, fungus around the bathtub, temperature

The room is nice, clean, pretty big.The staff is really excellent. From meeting me, helping me with various wuestions and info all the way to helping me find a taxi in the middle of the night, I am more than happy with all the staff I encountered during my stay.

breakfast was really good. internet was fast. But the best is the staff: friendly and really helpful!

Room was spacious for a family of four, mattresses comfortable and located in walking distance from the little town centre. On request, the staff were able to provide a taxi for us to get to the airport early morning (service is extra, not included in the hotel cost)

it was quite outdated and the aircon was a tad noisy. Besides that, the room was quiet and we could not hear the motorway or other noises

Good location from Bergamo airport

Very old, noisy air conditioning

Confortable bedsRoom space

Poor breakfastOld furnitureNo privacy at ground floor rooms

Receptionists are polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good, as a cyclist, the more carbs there is - the better :D of course it’s close to a highway but with AC you can keep your windows closed and you’re not gonna hear anything. I stayed there for 2 nights and I would stay for more if I had to.

Nice staff, always helpful and available. Cleanliness was very good, towels changed every day, 2 free bottled water daily.

Poor to no WiFi connection in the room or on hotel premises. Located near the highway, with access to very few facilities. Outside(the terrace) mosquitos were a nightmare.

Free water innthe room

Breakfast, loud AC disturbing while sleep

OK for breaking travel and a night rest. Close to freeway with comfortable bed. Clean room and friendly staff.

Nothing to report.
