Nothing to like …

Old hotel, old furniture, old bathrooms and a nasty smell in the corridors. No parking spaces. Dirty balcony with spider webs everywhere..

The size of the room and the big balcony windows were the two good points about this hotel.

The mattresses are unfortunately long time due and comparable to two small air mattresses stacked next to each other. The floor was doubtfully cleaned at all. Not enough outlets and more importantly lack of light in the room.

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The room had a balcony connected.

The room and hotel in general looks tired and needs updating. A general musty smell in the hotel, and quite far from any of the beauty of Plön.

There could have been more special offers at the breakfast buffet, e.g., croissants after 9 a.m. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

Cheaters.

They took patent.. They send me confirmation e-mail, but when I arrived nobody was at reception. Nobody answered the calls.

Passable

The reception is only open for a limited number of hours. No WIFI password provided in the room, only a sign at the reception, which you need to discover when you arrive late.

Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. The bath was great after a day's cycling. Bathroom was good.

The internet did not work. Room 105. Connection came up but no bars at all. Restaurant was closed. Did not like the pillows.

The rooms are large, bright and they also have a nice balcony.

Some wall sockets are broken and don't seem completely safe

There is a small desk to work on. Free bottle of water in the room

WIFI does not work, except for only in the lobby and breakfast room. The quality of the bed is terrible, waking up is hell.

the WiFi was weak and ineffective on level one and two. had to go to the ground floor to use it

We had stayed at the hotel before and liked it then. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and had nice facilities. The bathroom was good. The car park was close by and it was in a nice location.

We were happy with everything.

Room was very clean and cozy. The great plus is the balkony. The bed was very comfortable :) It was hard to leave it for the breakfast that also was very good.

No smiles on personal's faces and poor English.

The extra bed and pillow were not very comfortable, otherwise the rest of the hotel was good.

The location of the hotel was good, easy too walk the dog in the morning.

No were in the day time to get a coffee or tea, unless you wanted some stewed coffee from a flask. The restaurant menu was very Limited, it was the same every day Pork, Pork and more pork, there was plaice on the special board and one vegetarian bake. the hotel does not cater for you being in before 5pm when the bar opens. Really they need to put come chicken or pasta dishes on the menu this would make a big difference. It would not take much to make the hotel really good.
