Wifi should be free for the fiirst one hour before the need for confirmation of wifi by the staff.Explanations on how to use the machine for self-chech in should be sent along with booking confirmation. If possible with a YouTube link should be included ahead of arrival for clients who are less tech-saavy and may not have internet on arrival.

I arrived from Paris late in the night and there was no staff on ground and no instructions on how to use the machine. I was stranded for half an hour before a good Samarithan came to my rescue. Above all there was no internet as the absent staff had to approve request for wifi.Everyother thing was ok.

Price was low

Lack of any staff for most of the day, worried if I needed anything outside staff hours I would be without remedy. Also lights did not work in most hallways and part of the stairway. Fine for a able bodied male but frightening for a female.

Price was great. WIFI was excellent and the beds were comfy

The room walls were thin so noise can be heard from nrighbours and the car park was in poor condition

I suddenly got the extension of work for more 5 days and I wanted to continue y checkin for next five days by paying the more accommodation fee but staff told me that there is no occupancy, so I must say that if any person is already in the room and they want to extend their stay then they should get the facility to extend their accommodation which usually got disturbed from online bookings … I stayed at airport for one night and. Ext day I booked the same place due to being nearest to my work place.

Not informed of how to access wifi. Coffee machine out of stock. QR code in Room...."Oops! Not working!" No information to return late. Door card useless if kept next to mobile. Vans allowed in car park to cook and eat own food. Van drivers walking in and out topless in motel. No wardrobes, just 2 hooks. Bed 1m from light switches. No bedside table. Only small table 30cm above bed to hit face. Bath side panel not fitted correctly. Shower fountain and access in a ridiculous place. Doors require excess strength to open and the majority release them and the noise passes through the whole hotel awaking people. All of these have solutions except the facilities which are just badly designed in the first place. Reception knew but did not inform until l returned to ask. Not good when l had to telephone them late at night and tired.

price, staff, clean, wi-fi, communication, we arrived after 10pm and we could registered in machine that was good and comfortable and when I called the staff was friendly and ready to help

breakfast ended very early at 10am and we were tired and wanted to sleep and therefore could not eat. the staff does not speak english. I don't know how to get here without a car.

The breakfast was nice and good .Coffee and chocolate was very delicious They provide hand towels so you don’t need any more. I was little disappointed because the room doesn’t have any shelf to put my clothes on it :-( free parking and close to Lidl :-) Helpful staff , very good price.

They could provide Shelf or bed table to put clothes or closet .Repaint some black (moulds)area

The room was almost ok, except of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.The hotel parking is spacy and good enough on its own, but it is located directly next to the big and busy road.

The receptionist was extremely rude that is completely unacceptable and wouldn't take place at any hotel. For example, on the second minute of our conversation on arrival he rushed me to make the payment quicker and literally said the phrase 'I am busy'!Next morning while we had a breakfast the same reception man approached to me when I poured a juice into the two glasses and asked me to explain why I'm getting two glasses (the second one was for my daughter). In my opinion such a behaviour of a host is absolutely incorrect, inappropriate and disgusting.I couldn't believe that's really happening... But unfortunately it was actually so.

staff were a little rude, location is terrible if you even want to see Paris. no towels or bath mats you have to pay but only get towels. beds were uncomfortable

We have been using the hotel for several years for business travel, the staff is very helpful and the hotel suits us for an overnight stay by location and price.

Room was Smels bad, breakfast was worce ( just little bread' coffee and jam) that's it, room was urine smell' TV does not work, no towel in the bathroom, this hotel looks like in the Africa :((((

there was no towels. The self check in machine was not working when we arrived at 0230h. we had to call the reception lady.
