The location, the staff and the most one I like the kitchen and the food specially diner time , the food was amazing and delicious, thanks for the cooker (Dora)

The location for out trip meant this hotel was perfect for one long day of travel, a stop, and then carry on our journey to Clermont Ferrand.

When we arrived after a long day drive, there was no one on reception. After waiting too long we were shown to our room which was not appropriate for my family. There was no cot - even after getting multiple emails and messages saying there would be one. I had to go find a baby cot myself. The room was awfully small. The staff were the most unhelpful I have come across.

Close to the Orly Airport. Fast check in.

Only one small main elevator, 2nd was service far down the corridor. Air conditioning weak and fridge not working.

Free water station on every floor with carbonate water. A/C works fine. Curtains that allow dark rooms at night. Desk space to work. Good internet speed. Free parking onsite (at least for us). Restaurants that are open late are close by (but you need a car to drive to them).

Shower water pressure is not the best, but temperature control works fine. Bed is okay, but a little springy. Location was good for us (with a car), but probably not for most people without a car. About a 15-minute walk to RER Line B.

Horrible.

Staff was lost and rude. They couldn’t find my reservation, made us wait over an hour in the lobby because they didn’t want to give us a room, and weren’t nice overall. There is no water in the rooms, 0 facilities.

Staff is either not available to ask questions or if available, they do not give you a welcome feelings, Rooms were tight , no facilities in the rooms ( water, coffee making, tea or any refreshment drinks ) showers outdated and water pressure is so low , rooms are not sound proof either ( I think ) as the whole night we were able to hear the loud noises if anyone pass by the rooms or if anyone close the room door.

The rooms are very clean. Hotel staff is very polite. RER station is at a walkable distance.

The bathroom and toilet were seperate.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations, and so pleased we chose this one last minute. We arrived late at night and were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the hotel staff. The bar staff and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the bed was the best hotel bed we have stayed in for a very long time - very comfortable! Great value for money!

The restaurant staff were very good..The food was good and delicious. Breakfast was full of variety. Dinner can do with more variety.

The reception staff were not helpful, poor communication skills. There were discrepancies of what we paid for at booking.com and what was offered at the hotel. Booked for half board package that includes bed, breakfast and dinner. Booking.com doesn't specify that dinner is limited to only starters and main course,.. deserts and drinks are charged separately, which I found ludicrous. We were only made aware on our last day at the hotel.

Standard 4 start Novotel in Paris. Very confy and good resturant for having dinner. Nice swimming pool for hot summer days. Convenient location near the highway.

It has a good sweeming pool.

It was not clean . Long distance from the city center. Breakfast was not good, dishes were not clean. Many insects inside and around the dried and fresh food. Deteriorated milk with bad taste.We selected this hotel for a long stay in Paris, based on our previous experience from Novotel in other countries (England- Liverpool and Germany- Hamburg). But we were shocked that it did not meet our expectations not at all and it was very different from other Novotel Hotels.
