- Really lovely, clean room. Nice lobby. Friendly staff.
- Lovely hotel. Walls are a bit thin, but overall it was quiet and comfortable. Perfect location, right on the Camino.Had delicious Padron pepper and, finally, a salad for dinner!
Cons -
- Air conditioning was not functioning adequately in our room and there were problems with the card keys opening our door.
- We liked it all for our very short stay.
- Ate dinner in hotel. Service very slow. Took 40 mins before my order was taken and another 40 mins before food arrived. Only two staff on duty. Encrote of steak was like eating leather.

Location right on the Camino and in the old part of town. Breakfast was delicious
Super clean and great staff and location on the Camino

Clean, spacious, great location
This hotel is right on the Camino path. The rooms were very nice, new and updated. The food was good. The staff welcoming. It is a short walk in the park to the Church of Santiago, an important church to visit for the pilgrimage to Santiago, It contains a special mooring. Other sites important to the Camino are nearby.
Storage for suitcases and clothing was limited.
Our group stayed here during our Camino de Santiago retreat and it was exactly what we needed — clean, cozy, and comfortable. After long days of walking, we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, warm hospitality, and thoughtful touches. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the location was ideal for pilgrims looking to rest and restore. Thank you for helping make our journey even more memorable!
Location!! Great staff!! Quiet and super comfortable- after walking the Camino! Locked myself out and could not remember my room number ( my 10th hotel ) - late evening staff was so helpful and kind.
This hotel had a great location! So close to restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and easy to get back on the Camino. It was clean and comfortable and exactly what was needed for rest!
It was a convenient location and the rooms were clean.
BEWARE solo travelers. I had an incident where someone entered my room at 1:45 in the morning. “Good morning- here is my message from last night….Jun 17th…NO response from you? “I’m in room 403. Someone just opened the door and tried to walk into the room. I am scared. I’m unable to lock the door. It is 1:45 in the morning.. This is unacceptable!” I can’t say how unhappy I am with the lack of concern. I’m a solo female traveler and this was the worst experience! “. The response I got to them this morning was that I could call the front desk. I’m not carrying cell service so unable to call only to communicate through Wi-Fi. It’s amazing. They are unable to respond to my message and my concerns so here’s your fair warning if you stay there.
Great location. Helpful staff. Great A/C in the room
excellent location, great staff and facilities. loved the breakfast.
Location on the Camino was good. Finding food was a little more difficult as the restaurants were a little packed with fellow Pilgrims - but the town was quite nice.
Very close to Camino. Easy access to restaurants. Room was spacious. Big shower. Staff was open to early registration as our room was ready. Front desk staff were courteous.
Room was too hot. Unable to use room thermostat to adjust temperature.
The room was very nice, however not what I thought I reserved (was told they no longer have those room offings)
Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, after flagging down someone in the restaurant for help (note, I was soaked and muddy, coming from the Camino, so didn’t want to sit in their white fabric chairs). Was treated as if I shouldn’t be there, then the room key didn’t work. When I went back down, again no one at the reception desk to help). Waited again… got my key and felt the room wasn’t what I thought it was reserved, and when I went down again, no one at reception so I gave up. Otherwise the room was nice, just don’t except any service
My room view was fantastic.
None. Staff was ver helpful and nice. The reception staff was even kind enough to get me ice for my sprained ankle from walking the Camino.
This hotel is in an excellent location in Padron. Walking distance to everything. The Pascua de Padron festival was taking place when we were there and it was right out our door - so fun! A nice break from the Camino (and easy access to Camino). The staff here were so nice and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good. Definitely would stay here again.
We arrived on the day of the massive power outage. The staff handled the situation amazingly!
More of a personal thing, I didn't care for the loft-style bedroom.
