Pros +
- Very good value and location
- Staff very friendly
- Staff was great
Cons -
- Breakfast is the worst we’ve had in three weeks of travel in Portugal, Spain, no fruit .only bun and croissant on a plate some cheese and meat small amount. The other couple found some granola in a mason jar but no milk so they use the plain yogurt. There was a toaster so we use that to warm up the stale bun. The worst part of that is that we paid extra for breakfast
- Location is a little out of the way, rooms are very basic, and the shower was not great, no air conditioning, just a fan. Right in front of a railway line, but the train noise did not disturb. Restaurant on site, which was handy but again food was very basic, a limited choice with no veggie options. But the staff are super friendly and the room rate was good when I booked, there is a short cut to get back to the Camino route
- Location was terrible! No air conditioning or fan in the room, and it was so hot!! Right next to the train station, so much noise!

Location was terrible! No air conditioning or fan in the room, and it was so hot!! Right next to the train station, so much noise!
It was very clean and nicely appointed with a great view and delicious breakfast. It was about a 15 min walk to town but very close to start the Camino the next morning.
Our blackout blind didn’t work (room 306) but if that was fixed, no complaints!
The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly.
It is about a 10-15 minute walk to most of the restaurants in town which was tough given how hot it was. The rooms are hot and there was a small fan in the room that didn’t do much. I could open the window but the rooms overlook the regional train station so there’s a lot of noise from that if the window is open. The towels need to be replaced, they are very rough and the hand towel had so much built up detergent on it it barely dried my hands. This was one of the pricier rooms during my Camino so it was pretty disappointing. There also wasn’t drinking water provided or a vending machine where I could purchase it so I had to walk to town to buy some.
I was at the Hotel Rosalia when the major “blackout” occurred. They handled it great. They got a generator working, made dinner for everyone and managed the inconvenience of the blackout like nothing was wrong. They did a great job at a stressful time!
I have zero complaints about this place.
A nice, clean and quiet room. The dining room provided a very good meal at a reasonable price. The staff was professional and friendly. Yes the hotel is near the train tracks but we were not disturbed at all by the trains as they are commuter rail cars and did not disturb us at all.
windows in bathroom and room.
Water pressure was low and hot water wasn't consistent. Cold for one shower and so so for the next shower. Door didn't lock. No AC, just a small fan. Heating was a plug-in radiator
Nice staff, good breakfast, clean and good looking
Close to rail, not enough sockets in the room and hot water wasn't running in the evening although we waited for like an hour
Very good hotel, the room was very spacious and with good lighting. It also has its own restaurant so we didn’t have to go that far to eat. A good choice for someone doing the Caminhos
There is enough space in the room for 3 people, it is clean and has a big window with a nice view. The breakfast is good for the price and the staff is very good.
I wish there was a kettle.
An older, well kept family-run hotel. Staff were friendly. Meals and location to Camino were great. Just outside of downtown but great access to Camino.

Very nice staff. A convenient lounge/ restaurant next door.
Our window was broken and no effort was made to fix it. The hotel is out of town and next to the train station
large king size bedsitting area too
hotel is opposite the train station so you hear train noises but the last train is 945pmno AC be aware in warmer months
Clean, good breakfast and close to the Camino. Although right across from the train station we were not bothered by trains during the night. Great for a night's stay on the Camino
Located next to Padrón train station very convenient but also very quiet.
The shower didn’t function properly.
Attached restaurant is fine
Decoration needs a refresh. Too far from the town centre Noise from the trains outside
Very clean and not far off the Camino trial
A little far from town
Very clean and receptionist very kind and helpful. Fantastic location for parking and right next to local railway station with trains to Santiago and Corunna.
There's no air con but they do provide a room fan. There is a cafe which is very clean but not much there to eat.
