The room was clean and the bed comfortable, I slept very well. The breakfast was good as well and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms have separate entrance doors like a motel.

The staff is professional, nice. The room is spacious, the linen clean. It has separate shower and toilet. The room is made every day and all sullen towels are replaced. The complimentary coffee, tee, water are replenished. The private parking lot has plenty of parking spaces. The area is quiet, safe. Walking to the town square to lunch or buy the essentials is only about 15 minutes of leisure walk away. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant that closes one month in August for vacation. Pricing is reasonable. Compared to a few other hotels in other smaller cities, this was quite a pleasant surprise to us.

The bathroom sliding door also serves as the door for the closet on the bedroom side. It’s somewhat heavy to slide and in my opinion, not very convenient because it will block the entrance to the bathroom when I slide open the closet, or it will close the closet when I slide open the bathroom. Beside one or two minor loose things, the room was very nice to me.

Kyriad Lyon Sud Sainte Foy have comfortable rooms where you can enjoy your staying in Lion. At first glance it appears as a container structure but everything is fine.

It's very far from city centre, you need a car or public transports.

I stayed here for the marathon and had a good time. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, not far from the city center, which made it easy to get around. The room was comfortable, with everything I needed. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and a good start to my race day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free parking was a bonus. Overall, it was a good value for the price, especially if you're coming for something like the marathon.

English speaking staff. Lage comfortable bad. Breakfast plenty of choice. Handy for the museum. Able to park car outside room. Was given a ground floor room so no stairs.

On a hill so walk up hill to local shops down the hill to the museum. Ok if you can manage it. Limited choice in the restaurant for dinner. Shower door does not open very wide.. bigger person than me would not get in it.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom facilities were great too. The environment was scenic.

Lovely stay at Kyriad Hotel . Reception staff was very nice and very welcoming! We had our dog with us and they couldn’t be more accommodating!!

Nothing. Motel style accommodation as expected but far better than most of ther kind.

We had made a reservation, specifying that we wanted to know if we could have a gluten-free breakfast.The website said the restaurant was open.When we got there, the very polite receptionist told us that the restaurant was closed at weekends and that they do not read the messages that come with Booking Reservations. If we wanted them to read any message and then get answer, we should have initiated a chat on the hotel's website in addition to making the reservation on Booking.com. They did not read our messages. What's more, neither she nor the person present in the morning would know what is or isn't in the food served! When we got to see the rooms offered, a foul smell combined with a gloomy atmosphere made us turn around and leave, and Booking refuses to refund us!

Loved the cans of water and the take away cups for tea and coffee, the room was clean comfortable and quiet

the room was nice, the location is look like an American motel, but over all was good

I cannot say that was something bad, but as a recommendation I can say that some vegetable for breakfast it would be good, and also the cleaning process it can be made better ( in the bathroom they changed only the towels, but didn't clean the area).

It’s very quiet and peaceful. Our room was next to a garden.

The customer service was exceptional. We have stayed in a range of hotels in the past 3 months and the customer service at Kyriad Lyon Sud Sainte Foy exceeded our expectations, it turned a standard business hotel into something we returned to feeling like family.

If you lifted the shutters to your unit, you're very exposed (ground floor) so not a lot of privacy. Not a deal breaker for us though.

Paths and grounds not litter free

Clean and tidy room of modest quality but very reasonably priced with a good bed and ample free parking. Rooms were well serviced by hospitality. Very generous breakfast included with a good range of hot and cold items. Bus stop 3 minutes away provided good access to Lyon within 20 minutes.

Nothing in particular. Some issue with credit card payment on the first night but resolved satisfactorily the next morning.
