Location is perfect for a night stopover, water dispenser, no plastic bottle policy, good value breakfast

Parking in building was limited. Pillows are not comfortable

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

I changed 3 rooms the day I checked in and finally I was transferred to a room with a non-working air conditioner. I stayed for 5 days and no solution was found for the air conditioner. The air conditioner malfunction in the hotel is a big problem. My room did not warm up for 5 days.

Loved the room. It was spacious and modern.

Location was a bit hard to find and dubious late at night.

The restaurant was a nice surprise with excellent food. Breakfast very good! Close to the highway and nice staff

You can hear outside noise, and A/C is not working for heating.

The staff were amazing. The food in the restaurant was lovely and everyone was so helpful with my pigeon French! Bar and waiting staff were exceptional

Great room, shower, allowed to take bike into hotel - perfect for a bike tourer. Superb pizzas next door.

Convenient location on route

Travelled 500 miles to be presented with kitchen is closed tonight fortunately a pizza restaurant next door, A bar with unqualified staff breakfast was passable.Our room was opposite a building site and cat’s hair all over the outside chairs a very scruffy noisy hotel ! Avoid at all costs.

I was blown away by how good this Ibis is - great restaurant serving homemade food was a huge welcome surprise, games for the keeping the kids entertained plus the most amazing selection of wines. Super impressed would definitely stay again.

Googlemaps made it more difficult than neccesary

Food good, easy to get to underground, which is cheap and easy to use.

Shower is abet small, but overall at the price still really pleased.

Overall very good, a map showing access to transport and local area would have been good, breakfast was very good

The toilet was in an alcove in the bathroom and you could not sit straight on it but sideways which is far from comfortable the wall is too close to the front of the toilet, i am not too tall and neither is my wife and neither of us could not sit straight, building code requires at least 800mm from front edge of bowl, distance was only 600mm

It was close to metro and the Sport Area. There were no shady people around, you could walk from the metro comfortably.

There were tons on mosquitos, including the room in which we checked in (assuming the cleaning staff has forgotten the window open). Breakfast was very poor, and they run out of eggs early in the beginning of the breakfast (not to mention that the 1 egg I've got was not properly cooked due to the pot not boiling properly). We didn't have breakfast at the hotel the following days, yet - at check out they have counted that we had mote breakfasts and had to argue.

The breakfast was very good. A lot of choice and really good quality.

The shower was a bit small…

Near the highway, and breakfast is good for road trips. Rooms are dark and very comfortable.

Wifi was spotty and the dinner food was not excellent.

It is exactly what is needed for a pit stop in a road trip. Staff friendly towards me and my dog, car parking very secure and easy to access. Room was comfortable and good WiFi.

Area is a bit interesting so I wouldn’t recommend exploring around.

The beds were spotted with blood. After complaining about it, they changed the room for us but the new room had also the sheets with a few spots of blood. We were very tired to try to change the room again. Their restaurant, even though it was advertised being open for dinner, was actually closed and we were informed that they open the restaurant occasionally, only on holydays or special occasions. We arrived at evening after a very long driving day and there was nothing to eat. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a false advertising on Booking.com.

Lyon Ibis was disappointing for our layover stay

Bathroom was poorly designed, restaurant on site was closed, and back up restaurant which we were told upon check in would open at 7pm, didn't, as closed for Christmas (this was 21st), so had to find somewhere in a very quiet part of town in the rain.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with our 4 dogs. We arrived late at night and they let us order a meal in the restaurant and take it to our room. Car parking is fantastic and very secure
