- We love the receptionist that help us with everything And have a very good black humor and sarcasm. 5 stars for this man.
- Value for money. Friendly staff (Terry was great upon check-in). Very clean. Quiet. Free parking. Basic but adequate breakfast included in price. Pets welcome at a small extra charge. Ive stayed in this chain of hotels many times and they never let me down. Thanks guys :-)
- The bedrooms although small were comfortable. Good enough for 1 night.
Cons -
- The rooms a bit tight but apart from that Id stay again.
- The check-in process was very bad. I had to do it in an outside terminal in the cold. The terminal was very low so I had almost to be on my knees to see the virtual keyboard. No contactless payment available so I was lucky that my daughter had her back card. At breakfast the person there (definitely not a gentlemen), was rude and unhelpful. It was like I was there to bother him.
